3 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR ANSWERING THE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS HOW WOULD YOU DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT?
JOB INTERVIEW TIP #1 - Always say you will follow the company guidelines in respect of customer complaints.
You should also say you will remember that you are representing their company whilst dealing with the customer.
JOB INTERVIEW TIP #2 - Use the following process when dealing with any customer complaint:
STEP 1. Listen to the customer.
STEP 2. Ask them questions.
STEP 3. Apologize if necessary.
STEP 4. Quickly resolve the complaint.
STEP 5. Check they are satisfied.
JOB INTERVIEW TIP #3 - Say you will look to make any improvements necessary to prevent the same complaint from happening again!

First, as a special needs man, if my employer asks me if I can use a deep fryer, I politely explain: "I am sorry to say sir/ma'am, I refuse doing deep fryer jobs because not only it is my disability, but also my biggest fear endangers my life repeatedly!" This explains I take this as a serious matter refusing some dangerous job I cannot do all because of my disability and honesty.

If the customer complains about the power equipment product without a price tag, I will just give it for free!
For all the customers who will complain that our products don’t have a price tag. I will just give it all complimentary rather than a customer punching me or threatening my life because they don’t want to go back to the aisle that is so faraway!.
No need to argue! My life is more important!!! I need to take care of my mental health!!! I don’t have energy to fight! My mental health is more important 😂😂😂😂
They can even return a dead plant if they don’t like it! Some customers are just unhappy with it and they have guns that if they don’t get what they want they can kill me!!!! 😂😂😂
