    Thank you so much for taking out time to explain this in a very professional method. These are very questions and answers in today's restless world.

    I have 2 internal supervisor interviews this coming week. This video is getting burned into my mind. It's more of a factory/manufacturing environment, but I think they will ask these same type of behavioral issues. Hoping they do because your videos are helping me prepare!

    Take a problem -solving approach rather than personalizing the issue. Also, realize that some problems in the work place cannot be solved. Some character flaws are deeply ingrained, such dishonesty, gossip, personality disorders, and sloth.

    What example can someone give with no work experience?

    • @amricelesteinterviewcoach
      @amricelesteinterviewcoach  Год назад +6

      You can include examples from outside of the workplace, for example, conflict during a university project, arranging an event, volunteering (if you had to work in a team), if you're part of a club or play a sport, you could use an example from that situation. You may need to take a bit of time to think through some areas of your life where you're regularly interacting with others or a team.

    I am interviewing for a HR director role

  • @creationsoffarzid1154
    @creationsoffarzid1154 4 месяца назад

    But the examples you have given in this video clip are demonstrating very moderate situations where the individuals who were not compliant with the project deadlines, or in conflict, turned out to be reasonable enough to have responded to your approach positively. I have been in jobs where no matter how polite and diplomatic I have been to engage and interact with the person, they decided to intensify their dislike of me, eg they proceeded to continue with an offensive verbal attack on me or sabotage the work goals etc and still make out that it was my interpersonal skills that was at fault. What then ?

    Hi Amri,
    Constructive criticism;You are eloquent and a mine of knowledge but you waste too much time introducing the topic,please get to the point as it would be more helpful and time is what people do not have.
    Thank you.
