You need an end cap to hide the threads on the end weight... will make it more finished looking instead of seeing the stainless and threaded hole on the end.
That’s a good Idea. They should put some vibration dampening thing on the end that covers up the threads
would help keep dirt out too
The amount of times "stiff rod" was used. Keeping that composure like a true professional.
3 in the back 2 in the front had my attention.
Thanks for pointing that out
I’d like to hear more about that design patent for threaded weights 😂
Ikr😂 I can think of several manufacturers that produced weights with threads applied
UltraView packaging is like Apple but for the archery world.
Great video Chris. Your explanation of holding into the bias is on point. Great looking bars. You guys at UV are doing great things.
Nice stabilizers…got to try them. Really good concepts built in.
Every time I watch your videos I learn something useful. Thanks.
Utterly amazing at the number of NEGATIVE type comments. If you’re JEALOUS or whatever just scroll off. This is his take on archery and he’s not trying to force anything on anyone folks. Just saying!
I’m really hoping you guys offer shorter bars too. I want to use that 15 with an 8 for my 3D/hunting bow. Otherwise I’ll probably get cutters next year.
love these kind of vids keep it up👍
Very informative....thanks Chris
I am just getting back into archery, and will be participating in a 3D league this summer. I will be using my mathews Z7 that I pulled out od storage and am having restrung. I would like to do a front and side stabilizer setup that is maybe 12" max on front, but don't have mounting holes on back side of bow. What would you recommend for both bars and mount?
Hey Chris, nice vid as usual; yet: you seem hyped by the threaded weight; while I just see usual method, such as shroud. As you’re a Matthews guy, the way the managed their additional weight module system is obviously more innovative. With more thread comes more opportunity to get one unscrewed…
I’ll be getting one soon here Chris great video review
Hi I’m new and have a bow with some good arrows and loving to shoot.
It is a compound at about 40 so far but wow it seems very accurate without a stabiliser
Should I get one tho?
Thanks
Do you have a v-bar mount coming? Please,oh please!
What is a good hunting stabilizer set up in your opinion
Would be interested to see how these compare to the AAE mountain series. Obviously the AAE doesn’t go to 30in but they seem really similar. The 15in AAE is 2.75 oz and the UV is 3.25 without the first 2oz which I don’t think you can remove, so seems almost double the weight. And it is $60 cheaper
Looks nice but are they super stiff and super light?
Now for their shorter stabilizers would you ever be able to run them hunting? Why or why not?
You da best Chris❤🎉
Chris! The peep you're running in this vid... is it an Hamskea insight? Are you running it with the smaller diameter tube towards you??
Very helpful
With that being said about bias,,,,technically if you kept your quiver on,,,wouldnt that provide bias? When hunting, a rear stabilizer is not needed if u hunt with a quiver on, right?
Im all for making new things and I don't like being negative for no reason but come on guys this new launch is ridiculous.
Not all rods are the same...
Conquest and Axcel add unique materials.
RamRods and Conquest have tapered designs
Ramrods do a tungsten end cap
And it goes on😂
The weights are not unique at all, weights with built in threads have been around for yonks (since we have been kids)... so I have no idea how its a patented design
The mount is near as make no difference a Shrewd Atlas
Could you use it for hunting ?
Love the videos
Look at that archery country shirt!!
Will the UV sidebar mount work on my V3x?
“Nah, we got to go see this sick group I shot down there” 😂
Bless you
Looks the goods will we see more bar lenghts
When are the hunting rods coming out?
Are you guys planning on making a hunting bar?
Who makes your chest rig for your binos and range finder? I have been looking for one for myself!
Marsupial gear makes them actually
You minds well add a 10 foot 2 x4 off the front..
will there be recurve lengths for the UV stabilizer?
These will work for recurve!
Like @17:03 right on!
I still don’t understand why you couldn’t use the 15 inch for hunting. What is the difference honestly between hunting and target ?
Amazing, but a 12 inch will drop in the future?
Wait when do those sunglasses become live? Only see them at one or two vendors.
Great to see UV expand in products, i hope they will come in on smaller sizes, and now i'm expecting, like an UV drop away etc... and so on in the future. UV allready has proven their quality with the scopes and releases.
Let’s gooooo
Expensive stabilizers are snake oil. It’s offset weight to influence holding bias, you could accomplish the same with a tree branch.
Sounds like you do not like stabilizers. News flash 90 % of archers use them
@@wcwcgarner2717 yeah my point is you could achieve the same effect for $20. $250 on a threaded stick is nuts
@@Range-X I understand were your coming from. But people will buy if they think it will help them get a point or 2
I agree
@@Range-Xstiffness does Indeed matter, but yeah, you could achieve the same stabilization for a lot cheaper. The big difference is that it would weigh more. There is also the question of how much stabilization you actually need VS learning to let it float. But as in almost any sport, if you want the super fancy high end accessories, it's gonna be expensive.
That looks average size to me?!?!?!?!?!?!?
“Super” count: 847
Overpriced junk
