This is extremely helpful, especially your emphasis on details: details about who hurt you, what he said, how did he hurt you, etc. I am the sponsor of two asylum seekers and I will ask them to watch this entire thing, although their court hearing may be years away (they havent had their master hearing yet), it is still very, very important. Thank you very much for putting the effort into this to help people.

What if applicant has parents that has other citizenship than applicant has. And there is option to get a parent citizenship. Can it be problem? Thank you for answer.
The mere possibility of getting citizenship through a parent shouldn’t be a problem, but they will want to ensure that they are not already in fact a citizen of pareant/s' country. sometimes a person is in fact a citizen of a country even though they don’t have a passport or perhaps have never been there

😮i wonder how many so called " attorneys" hate what you do now, cus they do it for fees but you do it for free (which it should be) then instead the main method which is the most important part is your fee! no wonder your reviews are crashing❤
Thanks for the comment! Actually, I charge fees to represent people. But I also believe in giving lots of value for free, so I make videos like this one - hope you found it helpful

What is going to be in a case, when I got my tourist visa to the US and my purpose was a tourism. Yes I had some problems with persecution in my country but back then it wasn't systematic and it changet over some months and when I leaved my country and entered to the US my purpose has changed to try to get an asylum. What then should I answer about - you lied to get your visa? because I didn't lie and the situation changed later, but Im afraid they can say, your purpose was a tourism so you lied and rereject my application.
This would be a great question to ask during our live Q&A session on RUclips today at 3:00 pm CDT
