    That was a clear and straightforward explanation on how cases are looked at.

    I have attended an asylum interview and also talked to people who have been to these interviews, with due respect most asylum officers have no slight information about the countries we run from and only rely on the mainstream media which in most cases these media houses give false info.

      We only care about the true facts
      not about personal heart string stories when we have a 5 year backlog!

    Are Ukrainians fleeing the war and in the US under TPS or Humanitarian Parole, eligible for Asylum?

    • @rifasylumsupport
      @rifasylumsupport  Год назад

      Great question! Yes they are!
      We have a video on TPS for Ukrainians here: ruclips.net/video/tGKRFdDpT-Y/видео.html
      Ukrainians with parole are able to file for asylum online which we explain here: ruclips.net/video/dK-bSt9GeXY/видео.html

    Its heartbreaking. At first you suffer from anxiety and fear to get killed in your country and then the US Government official will make a decision whether the candidate goes back to his country and die or else he is allowed to live in US

      This is a great question and one that we cannot answer through RUclips. I encourage you to attend our Group Legal Consultation where a lawyer answers specific questions like these. We do not provide lawyers for individual cases, but if you want to ask a few questions, you can register here: forms.gle/nXnzLCwyDz1LTpF9A

    Questions..Do you have to go through a boot camp and qualify in weapons to become a " AO "

    Protestors should have to show many pictures of protesting otherwise they are lying!

    • @rifasylumsupport
      @rifasylumsupport  Год назад

      If someone does not have pictures of protests, it does not mean that they are being untruthful. Evidence is very helpful. However, each asylum case is very different and based on a variety of circumstances.
