So happy for you that all your surgeries are finally done . How much better and relieved you must be feeling now . Very grateful for your info and your videos. My son is FTM and are now just considering top surgery after two years on T . All your videos have given me some idea of how to help him post op and what to look for if there is a situation or has questions. He’s 25 and I’ve introduced him to your videos and he’s very grateful for your videos as well . You’re fantastic and so is he !! Thanks so much ! Much luv !

I have not a question but more like a general observation: you never talk about post-op care, what you doctor tells you to do (or your caretaker to do), cleaning, profilaxis, movement therapy, preventive and care medication, that kind of stuff, I always wonder how you deal with it and if everytime it gets easier for you (or your caretaker) to clean up the wounds and stuff. I hope this doesn't create any discomfort. Either way, I'm happy for you and your journey, I watched almost all your videos and you educated me A LOT about transgenderism and body disphoria (I'm a gay cis male human here). Cheers!

Welcome to life with balls ;) you are always going to have to adjust, and yup one is a little bigger and higher, it's because you are going to have times where they are "squished" between your legs and it doesn't hurt, you don't notice it.... also a lot of us born with a penis pee sitting down, I do at home because with a toilet there is always a little spray and splash, also when we get older everyone pees sitting down, I was a nursing assistant for years, they pee sitting down ;)

I am also a hetero cis woman. But I don´t think that means we dont have any "real" reason to watch jammies videos. (a bit depending of the video) but often it us cis and hetero who need to watch channels like this för eduaction and awareness so we can respect, understand and treat people in the way the want to be treated and not accidentally ask stupid or disrespectful questions and stuff.

TLDR: Same! Also thank you Jamie for putting your life on the internet so we can learn :)
I’m a bi/pan cis woman and I seriously love educating myself on trans issues. I wanna be the best ally I can be and use what privilege I have in the right places. I grew up in a fairly conservative community and had never known a trans person before. But I grew into a progressive leaning individual and started accepting myself as lgbt. I would look up bisexual educational content on RUclips for my own research, but then found Jamie and Stef Sanjati and enjoyed their content. Down the line, being a fan of them and being familiar with trans issues made getting to know trans folks in new friend circles so much easier.

I'm so happy for you and you shouldn't worry about one being higher than the other. In my anatomy class we were told it's to prevent bouncing while walking - imagine two balls on a string at same level and when you move the string up and down they start to bounce, when they are not at the same level the impact of the bounce is much lower.

Glad to see you look so happy a month after the implants. Just a couple of comments about what you said:
One ball higher than the other: in cis men the right ball is generally higher than the left, sometimes by the size of the left ball, sometimes by less, sometimes more (as a cis-gay man, I have, um, a bit of experience in this area). In one guy who had to have an operation for undescended testicles, the *left* ball was considerably higher.
Adjusting: cis men often have to do this, and as we get older and things hang lower, *not* sitting on them can become a challenge (as I found out after getting out a hot shower earlier this year and sat down to put my socks on. I'm just glad it was the soft bed, not a hard chair).
The possibility of only having one ball: I've met a number of men with 1 ball (and one with 3). The first 4 (which included Mr 3 balls) were all deaf, so I stupidly assumed this was associated with deafness. Everyone else with 1 ball were all hearing people and other deaf guys I've met have had 2 balls. A significant number of men have only one ball, for a variety of reasons, so it would have been no shame in only having 1 ball.

Congratulations on completing your final surgery! I am a trans woman with no great reason to watch this video, other than education, but I can attest that your experience sounds very similar to getting an orchiectomy and found myself relating way more than I expected to. Relatively simple surgery, with a short recovery, but it took me about 2-3 months before I was totally 100% and not getting those "touching the chair" types of aches/pain. Hopefully the same holds true for you, and it goes away soon!

I say this pretty much after every upload but Jamie you are just the sweetest human being and as a cis person, I really appreciate the effort you put into making these videos. You always take people's ignorance and lack of education into account and btw it's never TMI because no one ever talks about it so how else are we supposed to learn and understand when we're not going through the same process? So thanks for doing the impossible and making a lesbian smile at a video about balls

I'm am terrified of bottom surgery because (TW?) last time I had a catheter down below it was when I had my first son, and they did it incorrectly so it wasn't draining properly I had to move around and move it so it would drain and I ended up with a MASSIVE bladder infection. So yeah.

I think they give you antibiotics after the surgery, you could probably request they do. Best of luck on your journey 🍀🤞😊

Thanks for sharing, I have no experience with trans at all but have been watching your videos today and have loved learning more about you ( and your lady too) just a quick hint on the stitches if they're dissolvable you can trim the white scratchy bits, my son had to have a curcumcision in June it was awful and we were totally unprepared (he's 8) for the healing, I took hi to the nurse as they were catching on anything he wore and she trimmed them down 😊obviously you have your own medical ppl to ask but I'd never heard that you could trim the stitches and wasn't told and had I know it would have saved his discomfort.
Again, thanks for sharing I'm sure it will help others who are on the same journey you're going through but also your vlogs have totally educated and informed me 😊 xxx

As an older man... mine are often lower than they were when I was younger. ;-) You may still be a young man, but you've had a glimpse of what it feels like to be an older bloke. :-) The boys do sometimes get squished when I sit... LOL
