    LOL!! A Gulp challenge, I smash em one after another with Gulp. Honestly, catch em one after another with worms too, just Gulp is easier to take care of!

    • @RiverCertified
      @RiverCertified  6 лет назад +2

      You're the one who got me to order 'em. I definitely think they will be killer for green sunfish!

    • @TwiztedFishingTv
      @TwiztedFishingTv 6 лет назад +4

      I get greens, chubs, and gills on them. Small suckers too. Your streams are a bit different than ours. Lots of times if you just use a small split shot with a #6 hook on the bottom they get it good if they don't hit it on float.

      ruclips.net/video/CAeOBcDdkNQ/видео.html if you don't want this link on just delete it, I know some are strict with the comments. But this is an older vid of Gulp at work in one of my local streams. Sorry my vids sucked when I started lol

    Hey Spencer I took the kid I work with fishing last night and he caught a ten pound channel cat which you might not find impressive but that is good for around here. He was using your double hook rig which I taught him. It was caught on shad which is only available in bait shops .

      A 10 lb channel is one hell of a channel. That's awesome man. Hope you keep getting on the water and having fun!

    I love your tiny river videos. I fish lots of small water with big character (log jams ect.). It takes the willingness to try fishing such areas or proof of giants existence. Trend setter man. Iowa truly is the “show me state”

      Honestly man, I like to explore and catch fish in new places. Going somewhere new and finding a big fish is the most rewarding feeling there is.

    I use very small pieces of slim jim on a #12 hook with a couple split shot. As soon as it hits the water the chubs, sunnies and gills smash it. Cost 1.49 for a slimjim and I can catch 30+ fish on one easily. Way cheaper than using worms or powerbait. Try it

    Hi Spencer. I carry gulp minows in my tackle bag. I use the 2 and 3 inches one in the summer. i catch all kinds of fish. I cant always get live bait. Which i prefer. But those gulp minows work for me. love them!

    The only Gulp Alive that I have found pulls its weight is the minnows. I have fished them side by side with real minnows for walleye and they tied. The Gulp Alive pinched crawlers didn't work at all.

      I know I'm like years late lol but the 1" minnows on a 1/64-1/32 jig on a good day will slay some bluegills and is my go to for bait cause worms don't last week's in a hot jeep..... 2lb test and a hole full of gills and you can fill up fast.... I've also caught channel cats, bullheads, bass, crappie, carp, suckers, white bass, and even a turtle on them
