With the cool and charging station i added rubber feet to raise it higher about 1/4 inch and changed out the fans for quieter 7000rpm fans. They made a huge difference. I dont hear any of the fans including the ps4 pro cooling fan.

I bought an official OEM vertical stand by Sony for my PS4 Slim not long after purchasing the console itself in a bundle with Drive Club, The Last of Us Remastered and Uncharted 4 A Thief’s End and I’m happy to say that I’ve never had any problems with overheating or airflow. 🤞🤞💨🎮

The first PS4 is known for this issue, they fixed this with later revisions by making the button physical. You can try to replace the button but in time the new button may cause the same problems
