That’s a good point! I hate when people do that. I tell them film one lap. Enjoy the rest.
There's basically no point to filming it on ride alongs, it just comes out as a bunch of shaky jerking back and forth anyway lol. But everyone's gotta chase that clout- or whatever.

I really dig that that chick was astute enough to use the ride along opportunity to watch your footwork and hand braking to try and actually learn something. Really rad 🤙
Thats how I learned to drift was passenger so much in the same car with a consistent driver I would just watch how calm/smooth his throttle input and wheel correction were and I learned what it's supposed to look like and kinda judged my self off of the franticness of my inputs and throttle. First lap ever looked like I was fighting bees and tap dancing ahaha

2 of my favorite channels! Both should have way more recognition and I love that you both have stayed true to your roots.
This was badass, nice of Taylor to give the SRC/OMG family the five star treatment! 2 of my favorite channels collide, and it was neat to see everyone’s reaction experiencing what it’s like to ride in a nice drift car with a pro wheelman. I could see Billy picking up on it pretty quick and enjoying it with some more seat time behind the wheel. Hopefully Taylor takes them up on their offer to visit the SRC shop so he can experience what it’s like to rip on the S10 and maybe the falcon. They will be a big asset for him if he has any questions or needs advice when building and setting up his new no prep drag car 🙌

Man I love this, I just watched some old old videos of yours. I personally started watching right before the vetted build, but seeing the older videos with you building the miata. Or the first japan trip, I gotta say your skill of drifting has tremendously improved in what now seems like a very short time. I liked that you could really tell the girl was intrigued by your footwork and steering inputs @23:30 run. Most people focus outside, she was seeing the input and the looking out to see what that correlated to car movement wise.
It's funny to see Billy in the passenger seat getting taken for a wild ride instead of the other way around. Now we gotta see Taylor go for a rip in the s10 👍
In some ways I kinda miss watching you swing that ole little LS-Miata around but watching your 'vette swing around, making smoke is equally satisfying! The old Z tandems were pretty fun too! *heh* Watching the people have a blast was great! Almost felt like I was in the car sometimes too! *lol* In meantime, best wishes to your current and future projects!
The Miata needs to make a comeback. I realized when I was calculating how long the vette had sat that’s it’s not been driven in a year 😭

I used to run my methanol engine on a mix of ethanol free gas and mystery oil to smoke it down for storage
I can see Street Racing Channel snowbirding down to Florida for a week or so to help set up Taylors No Prep car and Taylor helping set up Billys next adventure in drifting.. i see a stripped out Foxbody with a LS getting a angle kit in the Billys future..

They are trying to make a tire that won't shred, will spin, not wear out on the first run, yet still get traction when you want it.
