The last day of TX2K is notoriously crazy with everyone pulling out all the stops and turning it up to 10. We had some amazing wheelies, upsets, reruns and all around great day of racing. With a slight rain delay around mid afternoon we picked back up like nothing happened thanks to the amazing track crew getting the track back up and running in record time, and not just on Sunday but all week long. This event wouldn't be what it is without them!

Same so happy to see he won deserves it 100% i remmeber seeing the silver supra in person they built at AFR the stock block record holder in edmonton at a car show. Now hes winning at tx2k so awesome. And that was his first 7 sec pass on that mustang. LOL

You kind of have to. The only way to bring a wheelie, especially that big, down is to grab a new gear stay in it and let gravity bring it back down. If you let out it'll slam down and destroy so so much haha
@31:12 - The red S197 Mustang(them horses were hooking up GOOOOD this year😂), THAT is what can happen when you pull a big wheelie and the front end comes down without any kind of power/forward drive. In this case it broke [likely] a front strut(or two); but they can even be a hard enough hit to bend the entire front clip of the car.
So it's kinda critical to be on the throttle when the front starts *coming back down* to the ground to try to minimize how much money that wheelie is going to cost you lol.
It isn't an easy skill, it's kinda a learned skill, except you *never* want to be wheelie-ing that bad in the first place, so... lol. Most drivers that are good at driving wheelies are good at it because they already broke shit learning how to be good at it in the past lol.
He races Motocross when there's no drag events..

@@TTyote I cheered when he pulled that Vette back in, I never would expect Lund to beat Brett but that’s mostly because of the insane setup that SR2.0 has from Joel. I love them both, and am happy to see Coyotes getting their shine after hearing endless blabbing about LS this LS that.

These people put in so much effort and having such a passionate crew of people following around and documenting, pushing storylines and getting the content to the masses! 1320 came into my restaurant 12 deep in Denver for NYE 2024 and they could not have been a nicer group of people! Whenever the S-10 runs a quicker ET and more mph then and only then will it be the Man... GrubWorm has been 6.50's I believe... Not gonna happen with an LS though, they can't retain the head gaskets long enough at that power level, 😂😂😂😂
