A Larger header has been proven to provide a small increase in torque and mph gain along with proper tuning from what I have seen i need to test this theory myself
The reason people would get a new exhaust header is because if they are running at a higher or lower rpm, you would want a different sized exhaust header. The way that a tuned exhaust header works is that if at a certain rpm range it should supposedly create a vacuum inside of the tube to get the exhaust out of the engine’s combustion chamber more efficient. Sorry for the bad grammar, where I am it is 11:24 at night and my brain hurts.
It also draws in fresh air fuel mixture during the valve overlap. If it werent for that happening the vaccumm on the exaust would not be ablex to draw the spent gas out any faster. Also there are at least 8 cycles to a 4 cycle engine.
how you make your bike go that fast i got a 97cc stock baja doodlebug i did a governor bypass but i still want it to go faster it knly hitting 38 mph on flat road and 42 on hills. Also, my chain keeps on popping off and i already tightend it. Lmk all of these please.
212 swap it that baja jusy going to blow up there trash ive blown 4 up cranked the crank shaft om two and threw a rod on 2 so take 125 bucka to harbwr fraight and buy a brand new engine less you really cheap then look om fb market for a preditor or a 212 tilly ethier way when buyimg a used engine make sure its cold when you get there and that it starts in on or two pulls so u ant got to rebuild a fried ring engine or clean or replace carb when i say cold i mean that you can touch the engine and its not worm or hot and burning your self alot of dip ahit will start the engine right be for you get there taking them 20 minutes to do so that when you get there it starts first pull
Why the hell would you put a rag on the pole let the mf pole burn not the fuckin rag the rag is going to catch on fire the pipe just gets a melted look
I want to tell you that both of those are trash Oh, I got that same exhaust for my $2,500 built Mini Bike and the vibrations in the high RPM broke the welds. If you don't have a TIG welded header/ exhaust pipe then good luck. If you're pushing anything over 12 horsepower you going to start breaking the welds on your pipe. Take my word
And you should do a lot more research before you try to talk about expensive vs. Cheap. Just look at the quality of the welds and that'll tell you how good it is no matter the price
He’s Talking about the performance, not the quality of the welds, if it was the welds he was talking about of course the first cheap one is more expensive then the good performance pipe with bad welding.
Yo
Yo Royal! How can I message you. I have a question and a lil $$ opportunity.

@@RoyalJZ yes. Follow so I can hit you. I emailed you back.

The gain is literally not worth the money. Black66 tested it and he got no performance gained 0-30 and 2 mph top speed. That’s it
That 2 stage makes a difference.
I’d put a bolt in the clutch so it won’t come off
The 50 sounds a lil more quite
No way lol
It is but when you let off throttle at high rpm that long pipe sound meannnnn
Whatcha you use to paint your valve cover? Just regular high temp?
Yeah
A stepped exhaust header is always better. The $50 pipe hands down
The expensive one way better I have one and they sound so good
PULL!! LMFAO
Be nice to see the video 😮
Do you have the link for header
My mini bike is louder than having an exhaust because I don’t have one lol just have the lil hole exposed
Not good for the engine

will the second muffler fit on my cc100x i got a 212 ??
Yeah
What kind of clutch are you running
Man i just got a brand new predator 212. What can isky cams do to my engine to make it faster straight out the box?
Definitely a lot faster but with that i would recommend a stage 1 or 2 kit
You're gonna need a billet rod if you upgrade the stock cam.
You need a rod a flywheel and might as well put a flat top piston and a 22 to 26 mm mukuni or pz carb
Is mega moto build the same cause i been tryjng in dont know any advice
Whats the difference besides the length?
I guess you mean sounds better lmfao
Yo bro where you get them wheels slicks with sprocket can’t find them no where
I got mine for 20 on Amazon and it’s sounds so rich I don’t Understand but I’m still great full
Do you know where I could buy an exhaust that has a 2.4 inch hole at the back
what chain you run mine keeps snapping

Try to find a cam for that motor or swap it with a 212 predator
@RoyalJZ what about the chain problem??
@@toxicsnipes3816 make sure the chain straight
@@RoyalJZ yea i made sure of that imma see if i could move the engine up and change the clutch.

115 jet
Where do you get the 50 dollar header?
Bought it at a local shop but you can buy it online like gopowersport
@@RoyalJZ thanks
i got me a moefabco on the way..brapbrap
$20 exhaust had more torque
yoo you down to ride ??
