Short pipe versus long pipe comparison on the Predator 212. Installed a short pipe and then did some back-to-back zero to thirty runs. Did the same with the long pipe to compare the results.

Just remember, when you put a long pipe on make sure you use a support strap to prevent the pipe from cracking at the flange due to vibration.

The flange is where the header pipe is welded to the thicker piece of metal that is bolted to the cylinder head
Long header amplifys, deepens, and gives more torque then a short header. However shortys give more top end. Depending on your exhaust system.

Probably better exhaust scavenging with the longer pipe. Especially at the higher RPM.

Would that also apply to stock engine too? I have a Honda gx160 stock engine very reliable and I’d like to keep it that way. And hopefully I don’t have to make any other modifications to it, thanks for the video ride safe.
I have long exashast on my predderter 212cc it's faster for sure love watching you experiment and come up with different things.

I got a stock 212 hemi I wanna give it a nice punch 👊air filter kit jet kit I just don't know how to tune the carb like what set up I should use
Install a jet kit and emulsion tube like this along with the air filter. A kit like this will tune it up pretty well. If you can get a header pipe that will help it out too. It will be pretty snappy with this kit. I like having a short pipe (no silencer) on my go kart. It's loud a$$ hell hahaha
That is true. They are loud.
I found that If you want a super loud pipe , a staged pipe is even louder. Especially with a exhaust horn.

What does the the low emulsion tube do
It adds air to the fuel via the small holes so less gets sucked into the venturi. It helps keep the air fuel ratio consistantly.
May I ask? How you prep and paimt your header parts with the header paint?
I use the prep spray they sell at the auto part stores sell alongside the high heat paint. It gets rid of the grease on the metal. Then I hit it with VHT or some other high-heat paint. It stays on the pipe pretty good after using that metal prep spray.
I have the Go Power Sports MB200 super pipe on my Trailmaster mini bike. I painted the pipe up to the muffler. I hit it with 000 steel wool to remove any rust spots and scratch it up a bit, then I cleaned with denatured alcohol. Last step was to hit it with some standard high heat BBQ paint. I did about 5 full coats. I polished stainless exhaust tip by hand. It's holding up very well so far.

@@Black66 It's a pretty cool bike that rides more like a small motor cycle as compared to the bikes like the Rb200 or the BTX200. The full suspension is nice especially for trail riding which is what I mostly do. It's not without it's faults right out of the box though which is guess is part of the fun when owning Chinese made vehicles.
Huh I would have thought the only difference between the long pipe and the short pipe would have been noise, The short pipe being louder, I would have never thought it would make any difference in speed
It really does. I tested two long pipes, one with a muffler and one with a stepped end. That test was surprising too.
