I’d be tempted to stop, but I just take off. Honestly, what are you going to tell an old lady? Grow up? It’s only on weekends anyway.
When you scooted by the cop's open door with your feet I couldn't stop laughing then when you made the u-turn when he had you cornered was priceless. The best police chase video I've ever seen hands down.

Put out 6.5hp before mods but with a governor delete, new flywheel(stock one will explode at high rpm), and a straight pipe, intake, and new jet those things will put out 10+hp at like 6k rpm. On a 100lb bike its a lot of fun.

Get out of view of the cop and find a apartment complex parking lot. Hide the bikes and get your gear off. Go find a nice shade tree and chill awhile. Much safer and lots of fun watching them hunting for you. Had a lot of fun when I was young, out running Fish and Wildlife Wardens myself lol.
