The “stop talking bad about yourself” one is SO key! It took me doing a 10 day silent meditation retreat where I had no choice but to sit with my thoughts to realise how completely negatively I talk to and about myself! It was really shocking to me. And it really does shape your reality. I’ve already started trying to consciously shift some old negative self narratives and it’s already making a difference in my relationships and career prospects! And those careers shifts and changes dont stop no matter how old you get. I am 56 and just quit a 'safe' job of 9 months. Fortune favours the brave. I'm going for it..again!

I’m learning to control my temper and after watching many of your videos I’ve slowly been changing. My husband realizes it too. I’m not sure if this is common but my mom wasn’t very feminine, she’d talk back and not dress so girly. I grew up not knowing how to put on makeup or how to dress etc and I’m now in my late 20s literally trying to teach myself through RUclips videos “how to put on everyday makeup” “how to dress feminine”. I am girly but I’m not a heels and lipstick girly lol

I’m a christian too and I’ve loved your content before, but recently I got a real calling from God that I need to stop. That I was fully following New Age practises and that is satans way of distract you from the Gods simple faith. And to say, I know that this is not any blocked emotion on me that is saying this, I think we are here to remind each other and I got the feeling to comment. Even if only one girl reads this and gets something about this. Good things to educate yourself is to listen Testimonies from New Age to Christ. That helped me to see the line crystal clear, meaning between feminine energy and biblical femininity! Now I don’t feel like I have to do any work and better myself, because God is the one who gives me everything. God has created femininity in us, and that is best served by biblical principles. Hi Lexis, I wish you see this comment and respond because I have been in this situation since a few weeks now. I asked god for signs regarding a man I was talking to and I genuinely received multiple signs confirming that he is the right man. He was into me since before we started talking, we spoke and I really started liking him. But later I started receiving mixed signals from him, I don’t understand if it’s because I was holding back on expressing myself initially and then later being too expressive and straight forward or because he genuinely lost interest and moved on. However I stopped talking to him since I was receiving mixed signals and because he stopped making efforts. I feel he is the right man but until we both are in alignment we won’t come together, maybe I need to focus on other things right now. I am not too sure but I feel like I keep waiting on a text or a random meeting since we are in the same circle but it hasn’t happened since a while. I know this is too long but honestly I would love to hear your thoughts on it. P.S - I have been following your videos since a few months now and it’s been helping me so much, especially in healing my wounded feminine side, it’s a process but it’s happening. Thank you so much💗

But later I started receiving mixed signals from him, I don’t understand if it’s because I was holding back on expressing myself initially and then later being too expressive and straight forward or because he genuinely lost interest and moved on. However I stopped talking to him since I was receiving mixed signals and because he stopped making efforts.
I feel he is the right man but until we both are in alignment we won’t come together, maybe I need to focus on other things right now. I am not too sure but I feel like I keep waiting on a text or a random meeting since we are in the same circle but it hasn’t happened since a while.
I know this is too long but honestly I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
P.S - I have been following your videos since a few months now and it’s been helping me so much, especially in healing my wounded feminine side, it’s a process but it’s happening.
