The modestly dressing thing is so true. I feel SO much more feminine now that I don't dress as revealing as I used to. I used to only post thirst traps on IG and post in lingerie everyday.. now it even feels weird sometimes to post a picture at the pool in a bikini 😅 Feels so much better to not be constantly seeking validation from the wrong men anymore 🙏

Honoring yourself: I resonate with this. Why would I wear clothes to appear attractive to someone else?. It should be about how i feel. What makes me feel good. I love what u said about dancing and being embarrassed. I used to be sooo embarrassed to do the group fitness classes at the gym because I would mess up the moves. But I decided , SO WHAT! The class is fun and who cares what any of these ppl think. I literally think “if these ppl make fun of me or think I look silly how will that change my life or who I am?” It WONT lol so just dance!

I have been on the path of inner work for a few years. which is very good! only there is one point that has never been discussed in any form, i think this is my blockage; "everyone always talks about; learn that you are worth it, that you deserve it etc.....
without being overbearing; but I feel that I absolutely deserve it and what I do is brilliant: only the external circumstances always seem to be such that it just doesn't work out... always from the point where it is no longer in my power/responsibility...
It's difficult not to let your head hang and to be optimistic again and again...

I love your posts, however, I beg to differ on the point about dressing.. all my life until now I had been dressing modestly because I had strict parents and I come from a small town.. so basically I was scared to wear something deep neck or backless.. however as I am evolving now and have started taking care of myself I feel from within to dress like a lady and I don't mind wearing sweetheart necks or backless dresses anymore.. if anything I feel more confident in my skin
