I like this watch. As a matter of fact, I bought one. When it was first introduced a few years ago, a picture of it had "Antimagnetique" printed on the dial, just like the original; looked very cool. But for present day technical/legal reasons, they had to remove it. Thanks for the video.
I’m glad they did. I think it’s more a watch in its own right, without that text. Mainly because it’s not more antimagnetic than any other new mechanical watch. It’s still a vintage inspired watch, but more in the sense of a timeless design instead of a copy of past glory. Ordered one today, curious how it will look on a black alligator.

What a handsome watch Only issue is it's a bit overpriced at $1000. Feels like the MSRP for this piece should be around $600-$800 instead Alternatively, if they wanted to price this at $1000, then they should have given it some extras, like a special box with an extra strap (maybe an integrated bracelet) thrown in And maybe add a power reserve indicator on the reverse side, that would instantly make it worth the $1000 price tag
Thanks! And that's an interesting take on the watch. Usually it's considered great value because of the looks and that beautiful movement visible through display case back.
I know! But I guess that's the story with most of the watches I have/had. I'll be experimenting with few different straps to see if it makes any difference.
@@nintendokings it may not change the lug situation. But straps do change the way watch looks on wrist wrt size. In fact none of the watches that i have are on stock strap! Ofcourse I'll be wearing this watch!
A fantastic watch. A reminder of the very first watches. With Tissot, the price-quality ratio is excellent.
So true - that movement looks so much more premium!

I'm looking for reviews about this watch and totally love it! I mean both the video and the watch ;)
Beautiful Watch
That’s a good looking watch!
Thank you!
Great review! Question for you: Do you know the diameter of the dial/crystal?
Can i ask how big your wrists are? Im looking at buying this have 7 inch wrist
You should be good with 7 inch wrist. I wear it regularly with 6 1/4 inch wrist
What is the Power Reserve after full winding?
I've not tested it - Tissot claims 46 hours. Since I wear other watches too , never get a chance to check the actual power reserve .
I own this watch and I had the wide flat lugs, it wears like a 44mm
Tissot and Ingersoll watch dials are lovely
True, actually I wasn't aware of Ingerssol as a watch brand until I started seeing few posts on FB!

@@somspaple the lugs overhang, a strap isn’t gonna change that. I have a 7in wrist and wouldn’t wear this watch. But wear what you like.
