Hey Nice Review. Drew here from AUS reseller Pi-Mania. Just a couple of things to mention/note. Both these are based on Shankmods original versions but only Doyoky worked with him on final designs/tweaks. Not sure what version/Revision you had there but, Zero Deadzones on mine and verified via System Settings, Controllers and Settings, Calibrate Control Sticks. (No Sticking Points. BTW even early Fat/Slim BinBoks that DID have deadzones can be fixed with latest FW updates on my Channel) The single charge/Centre piece can be used on other Joycons too. Thanks/Subbed
Yes they are! I do enjoy the NYXI ones and they have better joysticks but I'm leaning to liking these more, maybe. I've got a comparison video dropping next week
I just got mine and YOU CAN cross map buttons to the other back button. You first need to swap the buttons in the controller settings, like map UP to A and A to UP. Next macro UP to L4 and A to R4 and you now have cross mapped buttons. It also works with L3 & R3 stick buttons.
I almost bought the nyxi version, but after seeing reviews, i decided not to. I wasn't sure about this doyoki version, but i think im also gonna hold off. Perhaps when Nintendo brings gamecube to NSO one day, they will release their gamecube controller with nintendo quality. Nice review 👍 Also, I am excited to see that review of the Mobapad Huben M9 pro controller hall effect stick version, if that is still going to be happening??
Yeah, totally respectable decision imo. I absolutely WISH they bring GC to NSO and release a Switch Wavebird! Yes, the sample has arrived of the Mobapad huben with hall effect sticks :) I haven't opened/started testing it yet though! Stay tuned!
Would you be interested in trying to install hall effect joysticks in this controller to see if they can be improved? :0 that would make a greate video!
I want to buy tjis joycon but i have a question. The macro can do 2 buttons at the same time? I play legend of zelda totk so I'd like to have the macro with ZL and A so i can do a shield jump only pressing the button once
They announced HAL is coming. But it will be rolled out on new black controllers soon and then added to purple a few months after. But the purple middle connector is available now with ALPS
It depends on what you want Doyoky has -better ABYX buttons -better D-pad -better triggers -better fit hand held -actual button swap -middle piece charges both The wizards have -better grip (bigger) -Hal effect I guess if all you care about is hal then yes, go for the wizard. I ordered this ones and I don't regret it at all.

I highly recommend buying Doyoky's. Mine are going strong after seventy hours.
They have already released Gamecube Controller for Smash Bros Ultimate

Can you just use a single one of these, via usb, on pc?
Does it wake the switch in dock mode?
Since they're going to develop drift more sooner than later, I think that it's not worth the price right now 😅

Has anyone successfully connected these to a PC? Every time I try they disconnect immediately.
Mine connect. They are detected as separate controllers, but they connect. I'm sure there's a way to make it be detected as one.

Nyxi and doyoki use same 3rd party controllers, u basicly have 2 of the same china made controllers
