NEIPA revised recipe - Softer mouthfeel

I usually like my NEIPA's with a little more of a hop bite and bitterness than what is perhaps commonly available, thats how i brew for my own enjoyment. I did however, revise my standard recipe to create a version with a more softer mouth feel, a little less hop bite and bitterness, and in line with more traditional style guidelines for the style.
