I believe GPU mining isnt going anywhere, it will be here. there is ways how you can make money back in long-term. still very risky , but there is risk in any investment ;)

Also do you know a secure place where to order a good PSU? I had ordered 1 from a Chinese supplier from Alibaba it was good quality inside it had real 2500-2600watt. Then when I ordered 4 PSU from the same supplier and he sent me PSU with 500 watt... trying to scam me. Any suggestions?

Your 3070 can do more. I'm getting 61.7 MH/s out of my 3070 with 115W, Mem +1200 and core voltage set manually. Optimization took me hours, but it made fun. Can you hire me to optimze your cards? Would do it for free ;)
The way you connect your graphics cards is super dangerous and going about the limits of power supplies,with your experience its unbelieveble how you manage it so badly. But finaly its your money. For the newbies - dont do it like that, you will burn it all :))

Try HWinfo. I use it to monitor my 3090. It wont work on 3060 Ti/3070 though as they lack the sensors.
