My Asus B250 Mining Expert board has been on for over two years with 6 GPU's in the heat of Bangladesh! With the exception of frequent blackouts of course. Remotely accessed from the UK with no issues or human interaction.

I think they are just reselling risers, this are still 009s version from looking at the build/pcb, just likely large custom order. That chinese factory does custom paint job + painting for large bulk orders.

All black? Just call it ZORO. As for power draw -- it'd probably be wise to populate at least 1 of those molex as you just never know what the risers are trying to pull off of the mobo. Each molex will put a good 120w into the board. You should really do a test by connecting a molex to it and putting your clamp meter over the 12v wire to see if it's pulling anything. If you put a clamp on and see it pulling ~ 8a or more, hook up a second and then check both of them. For long term stability don't pull more than 8a on a molex despite its peak rating.

I was wondering if you could advise which size of breakout board you suggest for a 12 gpu 1660ti/ super ,, or a rx 6600 xt 12 card mining rig ?
I’m not sure if the formula on how much power is needed . I’ve only built ATX evga psu rigs so far but my Gtx 1660 rig I’m building now I would like to incorporate a server psu and breakout board for the 1st time . I definitely don’t want to get this wrong so if you could suggest please which (server psu and breakout board )I should get I would be greatly appreciative for you sharing your knowledge.
