Khan was the youngest ever British olympian boxing medalist. Multiple world champion. Fought absolutely everybody (even when he shouldn't have) and most of his losses came when he was well past it. If "being knocked out" is something that disqualifies you from the hall of fame, then Mike tyson doesn't get in because he got knocked out as many times as khan?
Khan was only knocked out twice....and one of them a much bigger fighter on the night. And loads of top champions have been stopped multiple times...Wlad Klitschko, Lennox Lewis, Roy Jones, Tommy Hearns, Ricky Hatton, Nigel Benn, Mike Tyson etc.

Very lucky to meet him about 7 or 8 years ago at a boxing charity do at wellington barracks with his partner who Now I'm afraid it's dead from cancer. But he was an absolute gentleman And we basically spent the whole evening talking about his career. It's very rare that you get to meet your hero and to spend a whole evening with them i will never be able to thank him enough for that, from a man that has struggled with mental health issues Since he gave up fighting. And losing his wonderful partner, The only man that Chris Eubank said he would never fight. it would be great for you to try and get him on the show?He was a boxing genius , Keep up the great work mr froch with your no bullshit attitude

One big difference with the vacant title fight coming up is that Usyk, whose been stripped of the IBF belt, has already beaten both of the boxers who are now fighting for that vacant belt, so it's very different to the Froch situation where it was 2 unbeaten boxers fighting for a belt which the champion effectively ditched.
If froch fought calzagi he would have lost..so he waited for the belt to vacate the belt.. because Frank Warren has his side of the story.. AJ beat Charles Martin and Parker and both would where champions and he defeated both and took their 0's

@@neelantecall it like it is. Joe is a legend and has as good a career Carl has had, and was undoubtedly a more talented boxer. Carl had that steel in him that Joe couldn't bank on brushing aside and moving on from. Why risk his 0 and all the money he was about to make at LHW fighting the likes Hopkins and RJJ for 3 or 4 times the money with less risk to his legacy.
I dont think he would've ever been "afraid" of Carl, but he was about making bank at that stage not other peoples careers.

Froch never ducked anyone the man is hard as nails. AJ beat an absolute bum in Charles Martin to win a world title, then beat a fat taxi driver who stopped him initially to become 2x world champion. Now he’s fighting Dubois for a vacant title, the same one Usyk took off him. No comparison here 😂
