Lovely to see Carl & George hanging out together as mates. They gave us arguably the best domestic rivalry of all time. I was shocked and mesmerised by the first fight and how it unfolded, George telling everybody exactly what he was going to do and did exactly that, and for Carl I don't know any other fighter that took that much of a sustained beating and was still there in the 9th. Huge respect to both. I was fortunate enough to get a ticket for the Wembley rematch and it's something I will never forget.

    Good stuff
Didn't realise froch was so badly injured .. I guess shows the power of spirit an adrenaline
An that it'll be alright on the nigjt mentality
The groves froch fights were what made me get into boxing more into boxing in general an seeing been a boxing as what it is . The gift that keeps giving . Cos it was the first fight I watched alot of the stuff on RUclips. People making predictions.. gloves are offs . Build ups etc. I realised its alot more than just the fight .. b4 then I hadn't
An by watching this build up I saw the physiological side of it all. In both fights an build ups
It's odd how people can think groves got no chance in first fight. But if they watch final press conference an sees groves confidence an how he was getting to froch an how groves had got to him in build up . Sad but true . I felt that oh dear . . Groves can win this .. his confidnece was big an ffoch didnt seem as calm an in control as he should.. an obviously the fight happened an thar was hard work ... an the controversial stoppage
But was a blessing in disguise cos gave froch the rematch an chance to come correct. .. I felt physiologically froch got the mental edge .. the push an pull was a triumph an alot of the build up cud tell froch was gonna win
An he was calm an in control
Both legends. obviously got alot of respect for groves an froch an grooves went on to have a good run himself .. thanks 4 the fights
    Good podcast
The chavez fight wudda been awesome for froch ..big name big stage ..someone who froch cud look awesome against
But i guess froches whole career was like the "hard road" ..
