  • 2 liters of grapes juice
    400g of walnuts
    8 table spoons of flour
    Thread and needle
Start boiling with 2 liters of grapes juice until half of it evaporates. Take 200 ml out of remained juice and place it in a separate bowl; add 8 tea spoons of flour and stir until receiving a solid mixture. Pour back the mixture into the juice and stir until it thickens.
Thread the needle and string the walnuts up on the threat - let flat pieces first, then the bumpy ones side by side until we get the needed size. Usually the thread is 25cm long. Tie the knot in the end of threat and carefully slip the whole thread in the thickened juice and when it's fully covered, take it out. Let the Churchkhela dry hanging for about a week.

Which is it in your list of ingredients you said 8 tablespoons but in your demo you said 8 teaspoons. Is it 8 tablespoons or 8 teaspoons?

Ideally not. But if grape juice is not sweet, you can add. Good grape juice should be sweet.
