now that u said it. girl I think that's true. because i have a sweet tooth i freaking love sweets and cakes and chocolates. and i stopped eating sugar when i discovered stevia. also as im getting older i noticed sugar hurts my stomach now. i feel acidic and it hurts. so i switched to stevia. doesn't taste the same but its okay. still sweet and still yummy without the acid feel on my gut.
and my skin has drastically improved. no more bumps on my thighs. minimal bumps on my arm cause i cant get rid of rice. im asian. but my chest, my arms my thighs are like when i was in highschool. smooth. girl you're right.

I must disagree with the good doctor. Keratosis pilaris occurs inside the pore/follicle: as such, it needs ingredients that can work there, i.e. salicylic acid (BHA) (AHAs like lactic acid work only on skin's surface). A well-formulated BHA product (Paula's Choice makes several), plus removing hair from the root in affected areas if they're hairy, equals no more KP.
