Adm is getting more shady on the buying and purchasing side than ever in the farming community we talkin and watching to see the next move there up too
Yes I'm in farming. I can confirm that they all are . Even local small co-ops. Farmers get screwed from both ends
You can get some back on the back end by owning the company

Why not put the paid off rental property money in a high yield savings account, money market account, mutual fund, or index fund? Just as a small hedge against losing the USD buying power to inflation.
