Why did Edward Norton leave Hulk? Most fans like the first Hulk SMASH movie instead of MCU's funnier version. Then why did Marvel change it? The reason is Edward Norton wanted Hulk to be a serious film. And MCU approved his idea at first, but then they decided to change the actor to Mark Ruffalo instead of agreeing with Edward Norton. Now it looks Norton was right
