i was never a watch person till i got my watch 6 as a gift i used it alot within last 8 months. pulled the trigger almost for the 7. decided on the ultra 7 for $150 more after trade in
Agreed, I'm not to keen on colour choices either. Don't want girlie pinks etc...but grey and green are not boat floating either...like my blue strap on the watch 6
I just have bought a 44mm watch 7, I was inclined to go for a gw6 classic but after various discounts and using my Samsung reward points the price was too good to pass.
Ordered a 7 LTE silver colour, which comes with a free navy blue fabric band, glad to have covered both the light and dark colours. I'm upgrading from the GW4C. It has a timeless look, but the performance is very laggy, would love to see how the 7 performs!
We weren't given a battery life estimate for the Galaxy Watch 7. Both sizes are likely to deliver similar results to their predecessors, however, as they run off the same 425mAh and 300mAh cells. To give you some idea of how that translates to real-world use, Samsung claimed the 44mm Galaxy Watch 6 was able to last up to 30 hours with the always-on display engaged.
It's a dark grey/green metallic colour. The 40mm comes in the green and a cream colour (looks like a cross between silver and a pale gold). The 44mm comes in green or silver.
@@RyanOsborne-qf3pdi think gray blends in good with bazels , with cream those bazels have more contrast look. but again if you want other color straps then cream or silver will have more combination for sure
It does have a blood pressure sensor but I believe you also need a Samsung smartphone to access it (the readings are within Samsung's Health Monitor App)

Oneplus showing that you can get 100 hours battery life with Snapdragon W5 chipset. Something Samsung should have done. Even Google might use it for the pixel watch 3.
They just forget to tell, that if of now, you cant even start /activate the watch, if you dont have a samsung phone. No watch 7 plugin in the play store for now. Thats a bummer..... So I cant use my new watch 7 :-(
The Watch 7 isn't limited to Samsung phones but there some Galaxy AI functions that require a Galaxy AI-enabled smartphone to access. With regards to the Play Store: the phone doesn't officially launch to the public until July 24th and so full public support isn't necessarily guaranteed until then.

That's a decent trade-in offer!
What would you say is your most used feature on the Watch 6?
@expert_reviews probably stress level, heart rate monitor. do keep track of the steps alot also.
What power adapter do you use to charge the watch, how many watts?
I'll just stick with the watch six classic as it does not appear to have any less lag or better battery life.
Watch 6 Classic is still a solid all-rounder and the bezel counts for a lot!
Without bezel the watch is not complet!
@@expert_reviews If you can get the 7 Ultra for under $250 with trade-in and discounts I'll say it might be worth it.
@@mihailaurentiu5050 That's why I usually keep two Galaxy watches around.

Is the watch itself a dark green or a dark grey? I know the strap is green, but it's hard to tell what the watch is.
It's green but in certain lighting it looks grey
@baratheraja5885 Would the silver be better to purchase then as its more of a neutral colour? It'll go with more straps 😁

Waiting for my green watch7 lte
40 or 44mm?
@@expert_reviews 40mm . If I had a bigger wrist I would've gone for ultra 😃
Ah yea, at 47mm, the Ultra is pretty chunky!
i ordered same. green color looks much better , also the only alternative of black, since we do not have black watch
Just bought 40mm green model...waiting now
I’m buying the 6 classic over this my watch 4 lookalike.. classic build and looks alone is killer let alone the battery life and performance
Yea I'll also buy 6 classic. Rotating bazzel is so satisfying 😂

Do I need a samsung phone to have access to 100% of features?
Yes, it has some Galaxy AI features that only work in conjunction with a compatible Galaxy smartphone.

@@Pau_28 fingers crossed, that the software soon will be available in the play store
The Watch 7 doesn't officially launch until July 24th so we would expect public app support to coincide with that date.
I have samsung s21+, Will all tge feature be working, including the AI?
Samsung has brought Galaxy AI features to the S21 line so we would assume that it enables all of the watch's app features.
What's that watch face?
I'm not sure the name but it appeared to just be the default for the device.
Samsung, I am not upgrading until there is a classic model with rotating bezel so right now I will stay with what I have.
Lots of comments about the lack of bezel so you're certainly not alone. Perhaps we will see a new Classic model down the line.
New classic next year
@@expert_reviewsthey are rotating them I belive
I am upgrading from the watch 5 to the 7
What has made you decide to upgrade?
Bought it so i can have all the galaxy things 😅
Not tempted by the Ultra to complete the set?
@@expert_reviews the ultra watch looks ugly to me. plus not worth 600us to me. All I need now to complete my Samsung ecosystem is a galaxybook. 😂
This watch still doesn't impress with this features. Should do more important things.
What important things would you like it to be able to do?
🎉
30hrs battery...lol wtf. Get a Huawei with 7 Day battery. Bullshite don't let them get away with gimped battery. DO NOT BUY!
