The Best RUclips Review for the Samsung Watch 7 Honest opinion. Galaxy Watch7 is a well-rounded smartwatch with a sleek design, vibrant AMOLED display, and comprehensive health and fitness tracking features. Its performance is smooth, powered by the Exynos 1000 chipset, and it integrates seamlessly with the Samsung ecosystem. While its battery life is decent, lasting 1.5 to 2 days with moderate use, it may require more frequent charging with intensive use. This is a fantastic review of the Galaxy Watch7. Your honest, fair, and accurate assessment, along with the detailed comparison to the Galaxy Watch Ultra, was incredibly helpful. Your thorough analysis of the design, performance, health tracking features, and battery life provided valuable insights that will surely assist many viewers in making an informed decision. Keep up the excellent work
Exynos 1000. And you called this a good fitness function test? Thirty seconds with a medical pulse oximeter without any fitness activity? Really, the best review?
1.5 to 2 days??? Which watch did you test??? I can't get more than 12 HOURS after full reset and stock settings with Wifi DISABLED. Many Watch 7 users has the same issue.
Excellent review! I couldn't make my mind up on a new smartwatch but the coverage on this review is fab! As a longtime user of the Galaxy S Series; it's a no brainer! TY!
Hi, I want to buy this watch for my mom to primarily monitor her SpO2 level and her sleep apnea. Can you confirm if these two features can be tracked automatically at all times? I would really appreciate it if you can let me know. Thanks.
If you have WiFi enabled it will already only actually connect to a WiFi network when needed, that is when downloading things. If you're only receiving some WhatsApp messages, the Bluetooth connection to your phone will carry that data. If you start downloading apps from the Play Store or are perhaps loading a video that someone sent you, it will automatically switch to WiFi to achieve higher speeds. In daily use I don't think anyone truly needs WiFi to be enabled at all, but since it only connects when needed, and otherwise doesn't do anything, I still leave it enabled for those few times every now and then when I update apps for example. It (might) also speed up backups, not sure about that though.
You mentioned the fall detection but does it work? On previous versions it was worthless. Ref the blood pressure, does it keep a history so I can show my doctor?
I'm actually trading in my Watch 6 Classic for the Watch 7 44mm. I know I'm the minority but I really don't like the rotating bezel. I never used it. I guess i'm just used to swiping. Plus the bezel sits a little high making the watch look like a little stadium ....lol. I love how the 7 looks, and with the upgraded sensors it was a no brainer for me.
I went from a GW4 to GW7 so I didn't even know what people were talking about until I went to Best Buy and saw it. It's not a big deal for me as well and I don't mind swiping lol.
I've had my 40mm watch 7 Bluetooth version for a week now and the battery has not gotten any better. If I have Bluetooth connected I lose 10% per hour.. once I disconnect from Bluetooth the battery will last forever. But that defeats the point of a smartwatch for me as I mostly use it for notifications.. was going to return it and get another one and see if it has the same issue. Anyone else in this boat?
That's what I upgraded from. I was getting maybe 12-18h battery, so it was time to switch. I ended up getting the 7 Ultra and get about 48h battery and couldn't be happier. The improvements from the 4 are worth it IMO.
I have both: Advantages: Sapphire screen instead of Gorilla Glass, more responsive (due to CPU and RAM), lighter, more advanced sensors. Disadvantage: You lose the rotating bezel, this is really all you can miss. The 4 Classic is still a beautiful and perfectly fine watch, though.
The only difference from gw4 is that useless body temperature sensor. Everything else is the same. Better screen of course, but I can't say gw4 work slowly. May be I missed what the new sensor can do, but I don't see any new features coming from the new hardware. I would not upgrade. I upgraded from gw4 to gw5 pro because it's now 110 usd and battery life is amazing, and there's no difference with gw7.
Regarding calls, if you're using Bluetooth headphones connected to your phone, can you answer the call by pressing button on the watch but the audio / mic of the headset will do its thing? Or if you answer incoming call on watch while headset is connected to your phone will the audio of the call come out of the watch itself?
I ordered the 7 44 mm variant. I'm currently training for the NYC Marathon and decided to upgrade from my watch 6. Battery has been suspect. I have to charge it to make it through training days, which include 10-13 mile run and between 90 -120 minutes the gps tracker. Battery frequently goes down to under 50%. Hopefully, it'll improve as the watch learns my habits. Great content.I appreciate such a thorough review and, as a result, feel more confident in my decision to skip the "Ultra."

If you plan to always take your phone with you anyway go with the bluetooth version and you'll save money and battery life

I am asking only because I had some watch that you cannot take under the water because the water was effecting them and stopping the sport. (sorry for my english I'm not from country that has english as main language.
Yes pixel Watch 3 is rubbish, it’s too thick. Heavy and let down by the Fitbit software. Don’t buy pixel’s smartwatches until they can change the OS. Major let down. GW7 is the best.
I have the Galaxy watch 5 and I don't get much more than 24 hours on that one. I charge mine every night before going to bed so I can keep track of my O2 during the night. I'm glad I didn't buy the Ultra as I would be mad for paying more and not getting more. Looks great and I don't need that rotating dial as the 5 was my first Samsung watch.
I use To-do List from the developer of Dairy App, Notes, Audio Editor & Voice Recorder on Google Play. This app supports the Google keyboard on my watch. Or you can use the standard app reminder if you use Samsung keyboard.
Is it worth it going from GW6 to GW7? Or should I rather wait for the GW8 or even 9? Maybe it's just since the watch is 60 Hz and I'm used to 120/165 screens, but my GW6 feels so laggy.
You should do a Comparison between the GW6C(C = Classic) 47mm and the GW7 44mm I feel like the GW6C is still beating the GW7 on physical features(like the Bezel and Esthetics even on Software there isn't allot of difference between the two) even tho the GW7 is newer
A comparison of subjective aspects/individual opinions wouldn't really make sense for a YT video. For short: The watch 6 Classic is made out of steel which makes heavier and a bit more premium. The 7 is lighter and more fitting for sport. The rotating bezel probably makes it easier to navigate but with it you also have one mechanical component more that can break. I got the GW 3 (with rotating bezel) and now after 4 years it isn't as satisfying and klicky anymore which is a bit annoying.
i have the watch 6 classic but why wouldn't you go for the seven if it faster, has more features and still maintains a digital bezel for a cheaper price?? Im just curious?
The stainless steel watch 6 classic is on another league of beauty. If you have both side by side. The 7 would look inferior. I would still pick the 6 classic.
Chigzs, if that truly is your nickname, I subscribed for the brutally honest foul language ladden opinions. I can relate to not having my leg pissed on and told it's raining. A heart would be nice , but an ice cream cone even better for its hot n muggy today. I traded in a $69 GW4 to get the GW7 for $79. I can't let the bezel go. It's the only thing I really enjoy in a watch. ( info is info , but bezel is boss!)

Hi guys, I'm hesitating between Garmin Venu 3 and Samsung GW7. They say that the Garmin has a better battery and that it is quite versatile in terms of applications (health, sport but also payment, music...). I admit that taking a watch that you have to recharge every day is a constraint, don't you think?
i'd be careful of the 6. Had to take it back. 85-90 bpm while on treadmill and 132 bpm on the couch. Checked loose, mid, and very tight. horrible. Others were getting similar results. Will check some other reviews.
@@carledwardsjr9928 The consensus seems to be that other than the battery everything else is better on the 7. I was hoping for more end of the comparison is by now.
So after a couple days use. . It IS most definitely an upgrade. Battery life is get about 12 hours less, but literally everything else about it is better.
The thing I dislike the most about the ultra is the thickness 14.5mm is very thick and some weight to go with it Nearly double the thickness of the GW7.
i have a poco x5 phone and i want to buy a smartwatch. Im between galaxy watch 6 classic and galaxy watch 7. Which watch is better for a non samsung user and which watch is better? Thanks
Love the honest review but the Ultra titanium is much stronger than Aluminum. Even though it's much bigger it weighs similar to the galaxy 6 classic which shows they went aggressive with the titanium. It’s to my understanding the speaker and mics are better on the Ultra, the screen is 3k nits rather than 2k. Ultra has more battery and in several test it has shown to be more reliable in GPS and heart sensor. Wish they would of made the regular 7 of titanium. Aluminum makes it look cheap.

Love your reviews. Always honest
I pre ordered my GW 7 40mm LTE on launch day. It's been on preparing despatch for 5 days now! Have many of you UK customers received your watch yet?
Thank you for your amazing review 🎉
i have the watch 6 classic but why wouldn't you go for the seven if it faster, has more features and still maintains a digital bezel for a cheaper price?? Im just curious?
7 модель более быстрая и плавная. 6 классик заметно уступает по быстродействию
The stainless steel watch 6 classic is on another league of beauty. If you have both side by side. The 7 would look inferior. I would still pick the 6 classic.
Great honest review 5/5
Thanks for watching 🙏
Can it be use with iPhone 📲
Chigzs, if that truly is your nickname, I subscribed for the brutally honest foul language ladden opinions. I can relate to not having my leg pissed on and told it's raining. A heart would be nice , but an ice cream cone even better for its hot n muggy today. I traded in a $69 GW4 to get the GW7 for $79. I can't let the bezel go. It's the only thing I really enjoy in a watch. ( info is info , but bezel is boss!)
I really like the face shown in the first minute. But I can't find it for my own 7. Anybody know which one it is?
Woah this watch is really sooo coollll!!!! Animated clocks, folders, temperature, everything is just wow!!!! Thanq for discovering all the new things and telling the secrets to us I really wonder how much time u sped finding these things u r soo cool!!! And kind too dude since u reply to the comments after being so famous!!! Lots of heartsss to you btw did u see new one UI 6 emojis?
Thanks for watching ❤️
@@ChigzTech welcome i appreciate you keep it up
Is there a 5g version that can stand alone from the phone?
Hi guys, I'm hesitating between Garmin Venu 3 and Samsung GW7. They say that the Garmin has a better battery and that it is quite versatile in terms of applications (health, sport but also payment, music...).
I admit that taking a watch that you have to recharge every day is a constraint, don't you think?
by the way : great job, terrific review !!!
Hello from France :)
nice review.. made me decide against upgrading from my galaxy watch 4
Difference bw 6classic and 7....plz guide..thinking of buying one of them
i'd be careful of the 6. Had to take it back. 85-90 bpm while on treadmill and 132 bpm on the couch. Checked loose, mid, and very tight. horrible. Others were getting similar results. Will check some other reviews.
Very informative, thank you.
In the US, we have the ECG but the blood pressure monitoring has not been approved here yet.
best review thank you :)
Enyoyed your review. I just ordered the watch for my right hand as i am loyal to samsung while i have the garmin fr965 on my left.
Is it worth Upgrading from the 5Pro for $50?
This is what I want to know, too
@@carledwardsjr9928 The consensus seems to be that other than the battery everything else is better on the 7. I was hoping for more end of the comparison is by now.
So after a couple days use. . It IS most definitely an upgrade. Battery life is get about 12 hours less, but literally everything else about it is better.
Heck YEAH! AT a great price
Good review Chigz. Tbh I actually like the look of the white Ultra Watch but agree it's not worth the money
The thing I dislike the most about the ultra is the thickness 14.5mm is very thick and some weight to go with it Nearly double the thickness of the GW7.
is it worth upgrading from galaxy 4 classic 47mm to galaxy 7 44mm
TThis is as umbiased as reviews go. Glad I found your channel.
How accurate these readings are of blood pressure and sugar and ecg are questioned?😅
Blood pressure not available in USA :(
i have a poco x5 phone and i want to buy a smartwatch.
