This is a fantastic performance of my very favorite Radiohead song. It's really an emotional journey from start to finish, and we're talking about some heavy stuff. This song's success hinges on the singer's ability to nail those emotions EXACTLY RIGHT in their tone. Ms. Clarkson was absolutely up to the challenge. She starts off with a broken, sorrowful tone, which builds and builds as the lyrics become more and more evocative. Her voice simply soars during the song's climax, and I don't think I've heard anything that powerful in a very long time.
So stoked on every level to read this man, & would ask you to also listen to the original by Radiohead. Not to compare or judge, or anything antagonistic at all, I promise. My deep love for it is what led me here & am just as happy it did. 😉✌️

These Kellyoke covers have helped me to refall in love with Kelly. I used to listen to her a lot some years ago, then I stopped but I came back. Her voice is absolute magic when it’s met with a great heartfelt song.

This is a great song to show off her voice. Every singer has a sweet spot to their voice. (might be low, might be soft, might be belting, etc.) With her it sometimes feels like everything is in her sweet spot, which is why it feels like she can sing anything.
