    I bought the Gorilla 22’ and give it high marks. These type of ladders are good in my book, and I’ve been a contractor for 40 years.

      Not familiar with Gorilla Ladders in the UK, but our experience selling Little Giant Ladders for 25+ years in the UK, they are robust, with high quality welds, joints and components, plus they lead the field in terms of innovation, which other companies then copy.

    Does the Little Giant ladder used in this video have the Leg Levelers or are those only available on the newer Xtreme models?

    • @TBDaviesCoUk
      @TBDaviesCoUk  2 года назад

      Hi. Yes, the Xtreme from Little Giant has built-in leg-levellers that stabilise the ladder on uneven ground. However, this model is in the process of being replaced by the all-new Conquest from Little Giant - more details available on our product pages - www.tbdavies.co.uk/products/pro-user/combination-ladders/little-giant-conquest-all-terrain-multi-purpose-ladder/

    I am watching this video and you mentioned the trestle brackets are included. I just bought the 22 ft Max reach Little Giant ladder today from Lowe's. There is an image of The trestle and plank but the trestle and brackets are not included. The indicates that on the marketing information in small print but I feel that's very misleading after watching your video and seeing the image on the front of the ladder. I understand in the video you say the plank is not included but you do mention the brackets being included.

      Hi Kevin, thanks for your comment. You should contact Lowes to confirm that the ladder you purchased is supposed to come with the Trestle Brackets. We ship the Xtreme Ladder with the brackets in the UK, but this may not be the case in all territories. Also, note that the video is some years old, and promotions may have changed in that time.

    Looks like it differs from the American made Little Giants and having the Chinese stamp of approval gives me concern!! I see it's a couple pounds lighter too, and I'm not seeing anything that would give it a 300 lb. rating, I hate to fall off ladders!

      Thanks, Cary, for your comment. Little Giant Ladder products are built using high-quality components and have many innovations built-in, including levelling devices that remove the need to buy separate accessories. As a result, Little Giant Ladders last a lifetime of daily use. There are also several serviceable components and spare parts that enable the ladder to continue in service. We find that some cheaper ladder products are not nearly as safe, have no available parts and often need regularly replacing, making them more expensive to own over the long term. I hope this helps.

    The ladder is great as an "a" frame. taking it apart into two "a" frames with plank is great. But as an extension ladder it moves way to much to give you a feeling of security depending on the overall length of the ladder. I will not get on a little giant that is any longer than 16' long. NO WAY!!!

      Extension position is ideal for one story home projects.
