Iam really bored how the tab a stock rom is slow. I just have some questions. Does double tab to wakeup work in lineageOS 18.1? How is the battery life?
There's a newer release of lineage-18.1 since I did my install--do you have instructions for upgrading? I'd hate to wipe all my apps and data if I don't have to.
@@4utech It worked, no worries. I wiped the system, then installed the new image and Magisk (not sure if that was necessary or not). I skipped GAPPS, since I'm not using it. Everything seems to be working just fine.

i was able to foollow these exact steps and with all my data it booted to android 11. only problem is, when I go into Wipe - Advanced Wipe to reseize the partition it only shows 'Product' and not 'System'. If I go in and select to mount system, it still doesn't show up. Any insight?

@@raghuvenkatesh6367 You have to use Samsung disabler zip first it’s in his root and twrp video see that video discription Hope it helps and plus tip you can flash orangefox it’s like twrp just 1000% better and easy to navigate you just have to flash its zip
@4U Tech hey man, nice video. I got the bootlocker unlocked then, i installed twrp bootloader, said it passed. Disconnected from pc, but now its just looping between the loading screen and boot locker warning info. Then in just repeats itself, pressin powerkey does nothing. Holding any keycombinations doesn't work either. Cant even get the tablet to shutoff :D Well it'll run out of battery soon. Maybe it'll work after that.
if me resize the system (is pratycally an android partition) this means if i want get back to the stock one it would fail because of not enough space for the system this is the problem this means fi i want get back to the stock i will get an error and i locked up on linaege os.

But choose gsi a super ur device architecture using treble app means confirm first it arm64 or a64 ab or a only or b only and download the GSI as per the architecture
@4U Tech Hello, I successfully installed lineage is 18.1 on my SMT510 and it works extremely well. The only issue I'm having is that the sound quality is significantly lower than the stock ROM. I do not know why that issue happens. When I put the sound at 100 percent, it is the same as almost 50 to 70 percent before flashing lineageos. Please get back to me if you know what the issue is as it is annoying to use the tablet with this low sound.

I went back to samsung official rom as I was having the sound error. 8 months later, meaning now, i have installed the lineage os 19.1 on my tablet, and it is extremely good and fast. I am still having the same issue though with the sound. It always happens whenever i flash a custom rom. I am using SM-T510, did you ever face this issue? My speaker sounds very muffled and low, the bass is very bad and its just not nice to listen to. May you please get back to me as I very much like this rom over samsung official one but its very annoying to use with very bad sound. My tablet is also not recognizing when i plug in official samsung usb-c headphones. The sound just keeps playing on the speaker even though headphones are connected. The tablet only recognizes charging and usb otg. Please get back to me with explanation or anything to at least help. Thank you.

Yes in phhh settings you get double to wake available. Battery is good though

Just flash it via twrp and don't wipe and let me know if it works

There are lot of rom you say which one is for the t515 with Exynos 7904
