Braces can help to improve the relationship of the bite to the joint mechanics, but only if the orthodontist pays close attention to both. Braces - the regular dental braces and consult a dentist now
Braces can help to improve the relationship of the bite to the joint mechanics, but only if the orthodontist pays close attention to both. Usually it's best to us a removable appliance to help stabilize the joint structures FIRST, and then proceed with orthodontics to bring the bite into harmony with the joint mechanics.

My TMJ is a bit different... it started like this year. Whenever my mouth is resting and i clench down on purpose, it makes a click noise... sounds internal. Sometimes i can't open my mouth fully bc my right one is limiting it. And sometimes it randomly starts hurting on the right side... what do i do ?
Please speak a bit slow and do show how to do .show Witt action.thanks
Well I was having trouble in opening and closing my mouth a few moths ago and I did nothing and it got better should I still consult doctor?
Only if you want more information. If you're healthy, comfortable, and functional, then there's no real need for any active treatment.
