A testament to NZ Series 2's complete insanity is that the extraordinary photo task isn't even in the top 5 most insane tasks of the series despite Matt taking a photo standing over Jeremy's sleeping body and David literally going skydiving for a 10 second bit
@@JacktheRahIt did seem off especially since in the past he has open cited moral/political issues as being behind his scoring system. Seems like, keeping that system in mind, rejecting something just because it's roots didn't originate in New Zealand is a strange decision.

After that pretty rough cut there is a weird encoding error. It's really evident in the cuts, but it looks like from that point on the entire video has a weird effect where the color channels are a combination of two frames. The best way to see this, I think, is to seek from 29:05 to 29:16. The thumbnail is shows appears to have come from a frame on a cut and you can see the vivid pink of Urzila's... vest? against the house. Some other places you might be able to see it: At 33:40, for about ten seconds, if you watch Guy's shorts closely you might be able to see how the bottom/top of them is a lot less saturated. The orange on the concrete is a pretty good contrast. At 19:10 when they're showing the task tapped to the biscuits there is a really good contrast between the red of the wax and the paper. You should be able to see the wax kind of lag and rubber-band around. The cut back to the studio right after 19:47 is a good example as well. Again, pretty much anything from the pretty gray-white of the lab into the bright colours will be evident. Guy, David, and Laura are all wearing pretty bright colours so their team task is also pretty good to watch for it. I'd really love to know what caused this. It's pretty interesting to me.
