@@vipinvijay4449most judges come to the Supreme Court via several high courts and they get transferred from court to court in different states for very short periods sometimes 6 months or one year it's not that easy to learn a language in a short duration

Trust me, those who work with him or have been around him, do think of him as a knowledge powerhouse. And as far has threatening the court is concerned, every ambitious lawyer has tried this approach. I saw someone take this same approach in HC.
Sibal is a overconfident fool now loosing his mind after loosing cases again and again + all of it is being telecast.

No only your SG appears to be deranged and not remembering the legal history. He says AMU can impart religious education if it does not function out of public funds. Under the Income tax law, even in the case of a religious trust, it enjoys the exemption even today , if it had been registered as a religious trust prior to 1963. Why so? What is a historical factor , need not be obliterated now. We will implement, follow and enforce secularism only after1963. That is the progressive out look. Extending financial assistance out of public funds to AMU is the creation of British raj. If you apply the theory strictly, no contribution to Ram Mandir at Ayodya will qualify for deduction u/s 80 G of IT Act. But then, how comes the govt promises the exemption. Before taking a stand on the floor of the court, even a start up advocate will think twice for unexpected problems. But the SG out of his narrow outlook is trying to open up a Pandora’s box. It is not the judgment that determines the calibre of an advocate. But it is only the rational arguments put forward by him.

i dont understand one thing justice khanna said in the last part that mehta doesnt accept that wholly funded institutions can have religious teachings according to the third clause of 28 if taking it as exception ,but the third clause only talks about the students attending the institutions

Clause 3 of Article 28 provides 2 conditions that are exceptions to Clause 1 of the same article, being, the institution shall either not be (i) state recognized, or (ii) be in receipt of any aid from the state. Justice Khanna pointed out that this means that even an Institution Wholly Funded by the state may be allowed to impart religious instruction. The Solicitor General seems to be against such an interpretation, suggesting that the moment the institution become wholly funded by the state, religious instruction shall not be imparted.
Such barbs are friendly in nature among advocates.
Politicians should not give more important to religious,coz humanity come first not religious. Politicians is to work for the betterment of people living in the country. Politician should work for development, education of people of our country.
Here judge argue and advocate listen and feel embarrassed. This trend to me as veteran judge look surprising as all other judges keep looking for advocate to clarify one judge.

Now the priority must have been EVM Ban than the electoral bonds case. This judgement could have been given later after 2024 elections but if EVM banned verdict would be given after 2024 elections then that would be considered as a favor to BJP. So suprrme courts have to set their priorities when deciding nation's fate.
