Sbi is a govt undertaking. It's our tax money being paid to him to help BJP stay in power with ill-gotten money . Who pays the cji for adjudication on perverse cases like same sex marriage, marital rape , teesta darsan at mid night, favored verdict on sibal & sangavi cases.

For any scheme newly introduced the banks will issue a guideline circular which will give entire details of the scheme. It contains objectives, period of operation, eligibility, authority, controls, accounting, scheme code(normally unique) designated offices to deal, reporting statements, etc. If the SC preferred to instruct the SBI first to submit the copy of internal circular the bench would have got fair idea on entire episode.
It's very idiotic answer by the learned advocate to say the number is available only on the bond.
Everything is in the hands of Modi/Shah. If they can carry out such an enormous racket, what hope is there of expecting ANY ethics from them (or their representatives).
In EBond case, Salve's response reminds us this:

My 2 cents. Court should ask the bank to have a practical demo of someone buying a bond of abysmal amount and see how the data flows, how it is maintained. They should be accompanied by IT and security experts, system architects, database administrators. Then only they can uncover more details in less time.
Thats why education is necessary educated people in the country too are very necessary in such positions. 🙏

What a great bank and its Minister, bonds are transacted physically whereas we are preached by self styled Guru to use digital payments at chai dukan. We, the people also require the physical transactions at bank branches.

At one end we suffer demonetisation and at the other end we are creating a note with ONE Crore face value which can change hands any number of times within 15 days.

Why so much secrecy is built into Purchase, issue and redemption of these Electoral Bonds.On whose behest the secrecy was built which ultimately is the main cause for the present prdicament SBI is facing. I just pity Harish Salve who is finding it difficult to support SBI.

To protect SBI for this bond scam they hired high chargable lawyers like Salve. To try to hide as much corruption went through this
Basica: There is Doctrine of seperation of Power which means in a country not single body has all the powers. Judiciary is Independent from legislation so the Supreme court has the every right to go in depth of this matter to get details of list how this corruption took place to attain justice.
You obviously didn't understand a thing the bureaucrats have no role to play in this. The electoral bonds was passed as a money bill which is unconstitutional and the CJI has struck that down. Next is getting the data from SBI which is what is going on the 3 step would be to take action after interpretation of said data on both parties I.e. donor and receiver. Issue and redemtion of bond is between SBI and donor/reciever. 4th step action against government for passing an unconstitutional law but that mostly will not happen since the money bill is already struck down by supreme court
He is not fearing govt. He is ignoring because govt thinks nobody above them and they can have every way as they please but CJI is only doing the duty of justice system power.....nobody above law nor constitutional principles. Very patient hearing by CJI....any common man would go mad at Harish Salve , Mukul Rohtogi and Tushar Mehta who are representing govt. Sad state of affairs😂
