    This is literally contempt of court. This judge is completely neutral, anyone who has seen this judge in a video before knows how kind he is. Senior advocates really think they run the court, and this advocate has no talent for litigation. The moment you need to allege that a judge is biased against you, you prove yourself incompetent.

    • @sittinginanairportbar
      @sittinginanairportbar Год назад +4

      @@paganmin8557 Though I aspire to get into corporate law, I am currently a legal intern under an Advocate. I do not practice in a court, but watching proceedings etc on daily basis does allow me to have some amount of knowledge with regards to courtroom etiquette, some of which is so basic that it is taught before one's first moot court experience. You know how blatant disrespect portrayed by a lawyer must be for a mere legal intern to figure out this is not allowed. Aggressiveness can be translated into a lot of things, if one has no control over their tongue when under pressure, law isn't for them. The responsibilities do linger over you, you must be competent enough to deal with them gracefully. If the Judge says this is contempt of court, your client's "life and business" are under severe jeopardy anyway.
      P.s. i do not mean to argue, simply presenting my point in a detailed manner for anyone who feels the same way as you do. I have tried to keep my point very respectfully. No offence intended. Kindly ignore any typos. Good day.

    According to my view, Distubing is not a vital factor. More ever Disturbing is part of Game or preplanning of any Advocate. A lawyer has need to possess the quality of how to overcome the disturbance by neibhour lawyer.
    Now am coming to the arguments.
    Mr. Verma Sir felt lot of tension in his face as well as body movement and also he is having frustration.
    Where as the other Advocate he strongly understood the facts of the case and he know where to disturb and where keep silent....
    Relating to "Judge" point of view, he understood the facts, observed the body language of both the advocates and he interlinking the facts and law provisions.
    Conclusion:
    1)Senior Advocate is short temper
    2)Other Advocate knows how to play the game
    3)Judge wisely listening the arguments and also questioning properly upto this stage is good but,....

    Senior Advocate is very beautifully and competently placing his argument but the opposite advocate unnecessary interfering, it's not the proper way of argument, after completion of one's argument the opposite advocate should place his argument and raise any point of objection to his opponent Advocates version of argument, and thevCourt should restrain any of the partys interference to other during argument,,,,,here the Sr Advocate saying the same thing to the court,,,
