That is why government do not want you to get educated bout your countries law, Constitution and financial management in schools which is actually going to help you in your life and only teaches stupid Pythagoras, integration, formulas of gravity which aint gonna help you anyways in your life. So you are just educated with a certificate, not by real life knowledge and experience.Teaches you manners, sharam, lihaaj and shut your mouth, dont think much and just follows instructions instead of sometimes you have to be brutally honest, be bold and QUESTION.Agr log sahi m iss Law jaan gye, financial management seekh gye, bold and confidently confront krne lge toh authoritical hierarchy toot jayegi cz everyone would have money, No faaltu baat cz everyone knows laws so powerful people can't use it for thier own benefits and because of bold and confident nature you will treat NETA as a NAUKAR cz at the end of the day you are the reason why he's there. And hes suppose to solve your problems not his own by power.
Your point of educating people about law and constitution is correct but saying Pythagoras ,integration ,formula of gravity are stupid is absurd. If you go in the field of science you need that , think before writing.
@@avinashjha2227 yes it's stupid to teach at school level. You can teach it on college level. But let school for free thinking, personality development and problem solving skills and knowledge for real life. I didn't meant that kick out the whole science from schools. But keep it to basics. And I'm talking bout real life case Scanerios not your career options and opportunity. Colleges would be their for achieving that level. And Pythagoras according to me used in construction, architecture or building something. That's a total career option. It might be a part of life BUT IT'S NOT ACTUALLY REALLY USEFUL IN LIFE UNTIL YOU DECIDES TO PROCEED IN THIS FIELD. But every citizen should know what are the laws of their own country.
As a engineer i disagree, humanities and finance r easy enough to learn later. Yes syllabus is vast but it's memory based not IQ. We don't teach physics and mathematics to students to make everyone engineer but to develop logic and analytical thinking in them.
@@AakashKumar-gl2fk missed the point right? I didn't said no to maths and physics but on the basic levels which actually required in life and for development of mental skills. Yes calculations makes your mind good enough but SIN COS nope I don't think this thing works. You can also achieve not by just math or science but also from doing creative art work, extra curriculum activities. It's all about how much you can analyze the problem and solve it. Reasoning is also helpful in that and fun as well. I'm also an engineer but mostly engineering options ain't opted by you. It's opted by either the concept of bhed chaal Or parents forcing. Plus point mostly engineers ain't even real engineers who solve the problem they are just surviving being an engineer. Fun fact engineers were reputed positions in World War bcz they were the reasons of creation of many war Machineries .Ya know why a doc, lawyer earns more than engineer cz of practical knowledge differences . Reason colleges didn't taught them bout latest languages(C++ JAVA instead of AI and dont say it's for logical development cz they teach till the last day of college and you can gain logical development with latest languages) or tools or real life projects and things, they just on completing syllabus RAT LO AUR GIVE EXAMS. Even coaching centres give more and proper company regarding knowledge then colleges. Also Companies do not hire on the basis of degree they actually hire on the basis of skills and what an engineer can contribute to the company. That's the reason why positions like IT business Analyst also required experience of IT sector to apply for fresher position. I am from Noida there are 1000s of engineers working in BPOs .When colleges which is suppose to understand it's all bout your career and future doesn't care much and proceed with whatever crap they wanna teach. Schools are the place where you can actually need to learn what you actually wanted to achieve in life and Free mindset would actually help them analysing the real life situation for career options which matches their compatibility. They can be an MMA fighter, an artist, a freelancer, drop shipper. Y only kids have dreams that they wanna be pilot, actor etc, why adults settle on limited positions. You know y bcz these days people only knows limited career options like sarkari naukri, engineer, doctor, lawyer and MBA (for banker or HR). Thanks to BHED CHAAL or not logical mindset or not so confident decision making skill. They do not know who they actually are and what they actually want. Before developing logic, people need to have logical approach that world doesn't give a sh!t bout what you doing. You are earning that's well and good. I used to work as a IT BA in an MNC. Right now I'm in a paid service group of Indian stock market expert , it's a CMT ( Copy my Trade) group. He analyze the market, read charts and give the call. People of that groups are earning like a 30- 40% profit a month including me.Intresting right. This is just a glimpse. I left my job in 2020 for this and right now it's just a 20-30min game and your monthly earn is more than many 9-5 job employees. Not trolling them but telling them world doesn't revolve around how much you struggled, it revolves around how much you achieved. And this is what I need schools to teach. It's never too late , it's good to fail , it's good to try something new, do not compete, be different. Logical development is important but being logical is more important. Edit : And for your finance and humanity part. Can be learnt in future but why I added in school bcz it's important and useful in life.
the problem is our education system is all about maths science physics till 18 years of age then the only option left or you think you are good at is being an engineer or doctor...they dont want you to introduce to law, finance, business, sports, music or arts at very young age and thats how most of our young generation get fcked
As a viewer if we can clearly see the truth and facts howcome judge is not able to see this ....i hope those culprits are suspended from service and should be strictly punished...

The only difference is that Britishers were replaced by rich and powerful people in the Indian Constitution.
When I see such a video, I feel scared. If the harasser and protector are the same, then injustice is the new justice.
Many men who got trapped in false cases became lawyers later and fought agonist false cases.
I grew up in Dewas near Indore and moved to the US around 30 years ago. There was no rule of law then and it seems the same situation now. We would visit Southern India during our summer holidays and hated coming back to MP.
Mp is full of corruption
Sad to hear this I’m from south but I feel justice is not strictly served all over the country sir🫤
Are you saying that 15 years of Shivraj(BJP) rule hasn't changed anything?
I live in South and can say with certainity that situation is same all over. Glad you moved to US.
@@tushar4506 Have you heard of VYAPAM scam and related murders?
Bravo... How strong this guy is...
I wish i could open a free school or youtube channel to educate common aam janta how to fight their own case in the court of law. This guy has set an example. Power of Education can bring a big change in our society. Love this guy.
He will keep fighting all of his life, nothing will happen.
Advocate for the state was mentioning about senior officials . So what ??????. It was already proved by the central government about the false implications of NSA. Was the counsel for the state wants to draw an impression that senior officers cannot falsify facts ????. He must know that many and many officials have served various sentences for their misdeeds.
I live in indore and I know officers here are very corrupt
@@Himanshu.Harleyx440 I know . I have seen many falling in Lieu with the lifestyle with frustrated acceptance 😌😌😌
judge is not give him rights or hearing him judge is keeping him round and round
Judiciary is a mess with uncountable number of rules to delay the process.
Every one makes money in the process with this delay except the victim (he will be bankrupt).
Judiciary is a mess, I have heard in UK a person can go from Lower court to Supreme Court in just 1 week , and here in India it takes 10 years. I don't know why UK courts are so fast ... Indian courts so slow
@@abhijayskumar1 less corruption, less population, high salary of advocates and judges, high number of legal workers and associates.
This shows how a common man is helpless in this nation, how his hands are tied when it comes to his own protection. All the laws protecting the citizens have been corrupted with technicalities. Forget about bureaucrats, even the judiciary is unable to protect the citizen. The constitution is meaningless if it requires a common man to hire a lawyer to defend himself. Unless the laws are simplified and some common sense is imparted into the system, common man of this nation (and ofc the world) has no rights.
judge is not give him rights or hearing him judge is keeping him round and round
Is it just me or HE IS LITERALLY LOOKING LIKE A MAN IN MOVIE LIKE STORY.
HATTS OFF TO THIS MAN.
True 😂
This person make me believe that knowledge makes you most powerful
judge is not give him rights or hearing him judge is keeping him round and round
Only hope, every Citizen knows his/her rights. Wonderful arguments. Honourable Judge looked into the issue patiently.
If this man don’t get justice then we are on helll 😢
😢
Education is everything 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hence proved. Justice by law is not for common people
This is why education is important.. be educated.
Totally fearless men
Bhai dil Jeet liya is bande ne😂❤
Every individual in India must be aware of their own rights and they can stand their ground against anything with the help of justice system, this man was aware and bold so he took matters in his own hand, what if ? it happens to a ordinary man with no knowledge of these things.
He is teaching his advocate how to fight a case.. 😊😁🤣😅👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is the power of well educated person
Want to see more updates regarding these case , very interesting, salute to the bravery of this man for chosing to fight against corrupt powerful persons jn power of position!
Keep updating about this case on next upcoming videos
Wow.. this gentleman has literally go in and out of the chakravyuh thrown by the corrupts ❤.. hats off to him.
judge is not give him rights or hearing him judge is keeping him round and round
constitution and bhagwat geeta should be taught to everyone in india. There should be some changes in Education system
Constitution is enough 😂
Gita is definitely worth the read
Bro your comment is not good at some point, I'm not giving any type of hate to Bhagwat Geeta, agar Bhagwat Geeta sabko padhaya jana chahiye to Har Religion ke Granth , Religion wise sabko padhana chahiye ❤
@@trollthetroller2 Ah, the audacity! Look, someone who's never even read a single verse from the Gita, he's saying constitution is enough 🗿
@@kitkatgaming4852 Oh, the lamentable plight of your kind! Devoid of even a glimpse into the Gita's sacred verses, you hastily label it as a mere religious tome, akin to others. Yet, the veracity remains: the Gita embodies the pinnacle of virtuous existence, illuminating the path towards a life well-lived! A life of self discipline mixed with the nectar of detachment with an attitude to serve the society selflessly! But alas, my words shall not descend down the throats of you materialistic denizens!
I didn't even skip a second of this video , it was so interesting to watch , would love to appreciate his knowledge and him in order to appear in person !!!
Despite having knowledge of law and courageous, he was ignored, and the process delayed ultimately
Loved the points presented and good judge who listen and understood very well!
this country is rotting. the court itself is shielding culprits. shameless !!
This country is going down the drain
This country will never develop
judge is not give him rights or hearing him judge is keeping him round and round
He shouldn't be representing himself, he needs a lawyer... His lawyer would have argued "innocent until proven guilty", charges of blackmailing (or whatever other charges) have to be proved in court...
Yes the lawyer would have taken another 10years and by that time the common man would have become bankrupt
He already got bail on those grounds. And investigation is pending. Please see carefully. He is good with his arguments.
This is what happens when affected party argues for himself. .
And are you proud of that?
Because of misuse of authority by corrupt officers whose ego is hurt and this individual had to go through difficulties he has lost trust on everyone hence he's fighting his case, pretty confident and seems honest representation. Worth making a OTT series for sure
Hila diya bhai ne😂😂😂
Courageous man.❤
Keeping advocates out of civil cases will be better for justice.
RUclips random suggestion , but it's worth watching and clearly he fighting for justice with patience and being smart and best part is even Judge is listening to him and not showing any attitude of not having a lawyer and for not calling my lord.
frankly Maharashtra is heaven 🙏
Such videos will help public to fight their own cases without lawyers
Such type of matters should be viewed seriously and concerned should be blamed for their lapses, ignorance etc and strongly be recommended to government for their misdeeds.
This man has my all respect..One common educated man is enough to stand against all the Corrupt System.
Knowledge is POWER 🍀Well done blue tshirt guy!
He is revealing a truth that if you know the law then you can fight your case. None can stop you.

such officials should be punished harshly

Very pleased to see his confidence, hats off
That is why government do not want you to get educated bout your countries law, Constitution and financial management in schools which is actually going to help you in your life and only teaches stupid Pythagoras, integration, formulas of gravity which aint gonna help you anyways in your life.
Hats off, sir, challenging the IAS IPS such cases on court.
As a viewer if we can clearly see the truth and facts howcome judge is not able to see this ....i hope those culprits are suspended from service and should be strictly punished...
Salute to the man❤️
He should listen to feedback and stop arguing with the judge who has been very patient
Wahhh kya din aa gaye hai. Lawyers pe to bharosa hi nahi kar sakte hai middle class. Wo bik jaega/gi powerful ko. Khud hi case ladna padega ab public ko. This man is an inspiration. Kya khoob present kiya hai. Wo dusre lawyer yahi bolta reh gaya ki " senior pe allegations kar diya. Hawwww. Bas yahi hai uski degree wali argument. Senior official hai to kya kuch bhi karenge? Aur allegations lagenge tabhi to prove honge. Aise corrupt lawyer chahte hai ki seniority ki appeal karke allegations hi kharij karwa do. Ye sab karke usne khud ka mazaak bana liya. Ye judge ne bhi kaafi try kiya plaintiff ko gumrah karne ke liye. Magar good job of knowing his case and material inside out. Bravo!
Put the DM and Commissioner in Jail Immediately.
🔖The fact that NSA has been falsely slapped upon him ..the Judge should have lean more towards the petitioner and protect the innocent citizen .. the DM and SP should have been called for such serious allegation that they use their powers wrongfully and completely abuse the system
Judge is himself under confusion ki kahi neta log isi naukari na kha jaye
Exactly mujhe b yahi lg rha h jan bujhkar uski baat ko ignore kr rha hai
Every Indian should learn LAW
He has everything in his fingertip. I have seen lawyers looking through documents to answer questions. He just remembers everything. He understandably is making some technical mistakes, which is causing him quite a lot of trouble. Getting a lawyer may help.

What was the final decision??
