    In the above proceeding, the learned advocate was not answering the specific question asked by Hon'ble Judge, hence the fight in court by learned lawyer. The learned advocate later said sorry to the Judge for his behaviour and case was heard amicably.

    I am not a lawyer but am real impressed with the way this judge conducts himself. He is to the point, focussed amd doesn’t brook bull shit and that’s such an admirable quality in any judicial officer. If we had more such judges, cases wouldnt languish for decades

    The Judge is calm, composed and upto the point. The lawer is off the track and beating about the bush. The Judge is forgiving also. May God bless our beloved Judge for his matured behaviour and his composure. We need such type of Judges in our judiciary.

      Bhai, i think the judge was overreacting.
      Judge started shouting first, and accused the advocate of shouting instead.
      I will not get into the technicalities that advocate should have done this or that, but here I think the judge was wrong.

    I have seen only Justice Vivek Agarwal talking calmly despite being shouted at. Other judges take strictest action just to teach them a lesson.

      Agree. And Even if the hon'ble judge Vivek agarwal had tough time with lawyer he calmed very fast and moved quickly on tothe merit of the case. It is very praiseworthy. however after all he is human.

      @@ankitsingh6066 My friend it depends on the lawyer too. If it were some very poor lawyer the judge wouldn't have so much patience with him. That the judge took so much from him tells me that the lawyer was not some two bit lawyer but a lawyer who knows what he's talking about even if others like you don'r. Rest both people are bound by laws and there has to be mutual respect for judges and advocates to be working together. This is just a matter of common sense.

      @Law Chakra that is what you said correctly "after all he is human " And all judges are human and too err is human. How to overcome such err in lower court is very much difficult. Need a proper idea.. Robots can also be used at entry level courts.

    It seems the lawyer was trying to dodge the specific point at any cost by wasting precious time of the Hon'ble Court, though the Hon'ble Judge was politely reminding him of that. Hats off to the level of patience of the Hon'ble judge.

      His outrageous arguments, raising his voice to utter , " I know you very well" has a wrong notion. Normally while arguing one's case submissive arguments are expected rather than terming something.
      This is not nice.
      I have followed so many cases of Hon'ble Justice and always found some of the Advocates dodging him.This is not expected.

    Advocates doesn't have patience for their case then how come a judge for 100s of cases daily. Lakhs of cases pending ..if the Advocates are wasting time without manners ..then cj should react like this only. We should respect the seat first ...

    Parliament must make laws regulating the conduct and behaviour of judges. Of course, the Hon’ble SC has issued guidelines in this regard. Who follows? In their anxiety to give speedy disposal, they are not wiling to hear. Behave like omniscient and omnipotent.

    i am normal person..
    After all watching different court videos, what i identified is..
    In Most of the case's in the name of public interest or in any civil or criminal Cases, Rather than putting the point clearly in front of the judge's with valued evidence and proofs, lawyers were trying to manipulate things..
    And these type of behaviour were influencing other case's such as Sabarimala Swamy temple case..

    The judge is actually not wrong. The advocate was underprepared and didn't provide relevant specifics needed. He was beating around the bush and after all this, the judge listened to him and he could not show or answer what was needed.
