This Judge is from Karnataka
Earned a great name for his state..
Country needs more judges like him to fasten up this slow judicial and administrative processes.
Agree
Respected 🙏 king👑 of law.
But there patna is written
But he wants more respect (like addressing your lordship 100’s of times)
He is my uncle
Really i appreciate Justice PB Bajanthri Garu, very sincere and honest. now i understood there is still justice available in the country. Thank you
Very good words by Judge. This officer has joined six months back , but action needs to be taken against all officers who were working during this period
They are enjoying their Retirement in some foreign countries. With the money they have looted
Pending cases no justice

Not long after completion of their intensive training at LBSNAA , civil servants would forget most of the things taught to them.
They become luxury, self-seekers and master-abusers of their positions.
WE NEED MORE EFFICIENT JUDGES LIKE HIM. CRORES AND CRORES OF CASES ARE DELAYED BECAUSE OF SLOW JUSTICE FROM THE LAW COURTS!
This is so satisfactory.. Watching this keeps my hope alive that our hon'ble Judiciary will never fail us like our media did..
This reminds me when my school teacher scolds me and I had no answer to it! This judge is good 😢
The inefficiency in our civil services is unimaginable ... people make them godly figures .. but on the ground level their performance is not up to the mark .. to become a stronger country our process of public service should be revisited .. this is just not done ..we always blame the politicians but the civil servents are also equally responsible

Very honest judge of patna high court.. salute to judge saheb.
Best judge within the framework of law. Truly inspiring. Uphold the justice which is required in Bihar
I am proud to know someone from my town is a High court judge . This Judge sir is From karnataka❤️

He is a senior judge of state HC and ranks higher in order of precedence than the Principal secretary.
Great observation by Hon'ble Judge.
Such civil servants are shame for society
India very badly needs this sort of judges that are in rarest of rare cases in India .
I believe this live telecast of proceedings as law student is very interesting .
What is ias name?
Sir. I appreciate the comments of the Judge. For the first time I am seeing something like this. I am of the opinion that, ever since independence the bureaucracy in the country considers itself as the “ most” privileged community and never respected the citizens of this country, being pampered and “ utilised” like slaves by the dirty, flighty, most corrupt political community! Unless those found guilty from these communities are sentenced to death for harming the country to the core, it is impossible to put the country back on track! Are we to consider Winston Churchill right on what he said about the future of India once it is granted freedom😀😀😀
I hear the judge said "why tax payers money is wasted like this". As a salaried employee, I am happy atleast there is one person in the system to make realise the officials it's tax payers money.
Why the matter is not listed since 2010 in hc for hearing, whom should be questioned, I'm not supporting the government but the courts are no exception equally have role in the whole fiasco
Good job . these kind of judges might seem harsh or odd. But our country needs judges like him only then can we have our constitution safe
The same question should be posed to The Judiciary as to why it takes 15-20 yrs to dispose off a case in most courts in India?
Don't say that, else they'll put a contempt charge on you..
Depends on the evidence not the judges... Evidence depends on ias and ips
judiciary takes times because there are very less judges for too many cases and people.
@@codeblogger5582 not true cent percent.
@@shukladn but it's true that judiciary takes times because other institutions take time to investigate.
Hats off to Hon'ble Judge, for pointing out such huge delay of 8 years in resolving the issue
Such Jusges r very much required in the Indian Judiciary System, so that the bureaucrats follow Rule Book and did not yield to any pressures.
Sir, even the Government political leaders need to be hauled up on this count.
indian bureaucracy needs reforms, no more joh security without performance
Bureaucrats are also working under politicians , they making pressures on than for his own faith and political faith, they don't think right or wrong rule,

Salute to these judge and others officers who are still working in this mud.
Keeping all respect to judiciary I must say that delay in judiciary and the loopholes in law which are used by the parties to avoid the justice is a treason to natural justice .
Very correct . In common law that has been following our courts included every loophole to come out the wrong doer from the offense he has committed whatever it’s gravity be .
This is nice. Every day proceedings should be broadcast so people will know how judges and lawyers perform in the court.
The mother of all delays is Judicial delay😂😂..in india for a simple civil case it took almost 20 years for completion. Just imagine if a single case has a time line of 6 months or 8 months in judiciary based on seriousness many people and govt officials do things speedly but here public and govt officials know atleast indian judiciary may take 15 years within that time the govt officials responsible for irregularities will retire persons who dont execute contract on time will make huge profits based on not executing contracts within the timeframe..at the end of the day Indian judiciary throught delay promoting and benefitting violators of law through unbearable delays
most of the cases are against govt. if govt officer function properly then judges will have to deal with 40-50% less case also the society will function properly
@@cikengraham The very basic premise of having courts in the first place is "there is there are and there will be" differences of opinions regarding many things and many issues between citizens or between citizens and government...we can't ask people or government to forgo their constitutional rights to reduce the burden on judiciary.
difference of opinions is the essence of democracy and even in any society there are people who don't want to respect rules.. whether a government official is at fault or not is dealt by judiciary not simply by a prejudice blanket statement from you or me there are many cases where government officials try to save the natural or government resources and face court or legal issues..so just make rules or clear cut standing operating procedures to discharge cases as early as possible within time frames, introduce tech like AI,Data analytics to reduce burden of petty issues where rules are clearly stated and not required any interpretations and from government side govt has to online many records to make it easy for judiciary and recruit more judges
@@sivaramakrishnayellela576 the problem is not coherency in rules but attitude of govt officer. if you simply ignore the fact that govt system at whole is inefficient then there is no point in going ahead with the debate. i dont know whether you know it or not put crpc for police is almost to the point but due to lazziness and inefficiency officers try to avoid the work and so the burden is passed onto judiciary.
@@sivaramakrishnayellela576 and core function of judiciary is not to resolve "differences of opinions" but to act as a last check point for upholding human rights of citizens and to balance out monopoly of executive in criminal procedures. for reference please refer to uncodified constitution of UK from where our constitution inherit its root.

If the doctor was not attending office, he would not be getting salary. If he is suspended, he will be very happy since he will get 75% of salary during his suspension. No doubt there is delay. But it requires analysis. Judge could have asked for a chronological report instead of shouting at the hapless officer who had taken chaarge only six months back.
It's become a joke work for few years collect salary for 75 years. Really this a scam surprised judge is supporting the applicant.
These is exactly how judge. Should do.. these is the face n image of our IAS officer now adays
Wonderful Hon'ble Justice. We salute him for his straight question/s.
Only judiciary can challenge the bureaucrats
no bro
the people need to change
Not Judiciary but the Temporary Executives only.
Principal Secretary is the highest position of any government department just next to minister!
The way he was scared to talk to Judge 🤓
Shows the power of the judge!!
Excellent superb Honarable Justice. Same thing for TN High court also
HAPPY TO SEE HONOURABLE JUDGES LIKE YOU SIR, WE FEEL PROUD OF YOU SIR
I remember him being Judge at Punjab and Haryana High Court in the year of 2016. Everyone used to be scared to be present in front of home Lordship because his Lordship is a logical judge. He always uphold the integrity and law.
The main issue i feel is the regular transfers causing the later bureaucrats to face the heat while the eariler ones caused the delays.Sir present in the court was holding the post for 6 months and got scolded while the case is delayed for 8 years. Following the natural laws, the earlier bureaucrats HOLD THE RESPONSIBILITY of such delays
Yes....correct...reading between the line!
Wow👍
In proud of you justice, all the justice should be like you, u r the justice how justice should be, , u r pride of judicial system of Honble country
Such money should be collected from particular officers or ministers and CMs. Not public money.
Honble Sir, I am from bangalire. I am highly impressed and motivated by your judgments. I am daughter of an Advocate who is no more. I am fighting with my deptt last 22 years for equality and justice but trials are going vain. Now after seeing that judges do detail study of the cases. I am gaining confidence to approach court.
Reminded me of my school days, how my teachers used to yell at me 😊 good Judge ....almost all the govt officials are corrupted to the core
Thank you and Hats off to the chair
Such a satisfying video... This people are carrying the British legacy forward our Babus.
Nice these officers think they are crown prince they need to be reminded that there is always a boss of every boss 🙏🙌
Sorry, when we take our grievance to a court of law hoping to get early judgment, the game starts. The other party avoids attending the court. The first hearing happens after 6 months or a year.
Lawyer are too expensive.
Prayers are not heard properly.
After years when we get the court ruling we find most of the prayers are simply overlooked .The kind of judgment we get is the kind of a village Panchayat's taken in one sitting of two to three hours.
Government officers are ill treated but rubbers, murders go unpunished for want of witness.
Recently two criminals were gunned down by three young criminals.
Out of 40 years of crime record, the two were doing what they were doing .
Better bear with criminals
Never go to court for justice.
You will lose peace of mind, make your lawyers richer & richer and finally die hopelessly getting completely disillusioned .
Why did not the judge take judicial notice of the fact that the officer has committed non-compoundable offences under IPC by non action or delayed action?
Initially I felt the Hon Judge was harsh, but after hearing the entire episode, I feel we need more Judges like him to protect democracy.
Useless advocate he given chance to the judge to scrue..😂😂
This is how the judiciary should act so that the govt. officials may be promt in taking action. They should courageously remind politicians for their undue verbal orders on showing the example of court proceeding.
My heartfelt congratulation for such verdicts of the honourable judge. They can save this country from the syndicate of unruly politicians and spineless govt servants.
These types of people should be outrightly dismissed and jailed for inefficiency.

Because of this case SC has revoked his warrant to arrest the principal sec and issued guidelines on how to proceed with IAS and high level officials
Great justice
Truly we are proud of this Hon'ble Judge...Judiciary is safeguarding our democracy..
As a civil servant and as head of office or of administrative department, it is incumbent upon the new official to among other things, call for all files pertaining to court cases and pending litigation, departmental proceedings if any, and familiarise oneself with the facts and merits of each case and to issue suitable instructions to officials below him to furnish info/take n/a in r/o such cases. However, it is evident that not all civil servants bother to do this. This is the state of our bureaucracy. A few of us try our best while the rest sleep.
My most respected wishes to you honorable justice sir..❤
Correct directions. Sincere movements of the Judge Sab.
I pray God these type of judges may be promoted to high court. Very brave judge . I salute you sir.

Unimaginable, this is India 🇮🇳. Awesome IAS threatned by Judge.
This IAS officer should be put in jail for life time!
Officials are condemned by the courts and politicians are celebrated by the people
Very few civil service officers are really good at work. Rest all carry on the culture of not doing anything substantial inspite of they having tremendous powers. After they get selected they forget all the things they said during the interview.
Occurance of such delay is a very common phenomenon in all most all states and departments,it is due to lack of proper governence and mussile power of unions and associations.A radical changes urgently required.
Every citizen wishes they could deliver such a tongue lashing to these uninspired sarkari babus. Very satisfying because they had it coming.
Very good decision taken by judge
Power of constitution and law
If judiciary can take so long to hear a case, why can't executive take to take an action?
