Unless those found guilty from these communities are sentenced to death for harming the country to the core, it is impossible to put the country back on track! Just imagine if a single case has a time line of 6 months or 8 months in judiciary based on seriousness many people and govt officials do things speedly but here public and govt officials know atleast indian judiciary may take 15 years within that time the govt officials responsible for irregularities will retire persons who dont execute contract on time will make huge profits based on not executing contracts within the timeframe..at the end of the day Indian judiciary throught delay promoting and benefitting violators of law through unbearable delays

difference of opinions is the essence of democracy and even in any society there are people who don't want to respect rules.. whether a government official is at fault or not is dealt by judiciary not simply by a prejudice blanket statement from you or me there are many cases where government officials try to save the natural or government resources and face court or legal issues..so just make rules or clear cut standing operating procedures to discharge cases as early as possible within time frames, introduce tech like AI,Data analytics to reduce burden of petty issues where rules are clearly stated and not required any interpretations and from government side govt has to online many records to make it easy for judiciary and recruit more judges

Sorry, when we take our grievance to a court of law hoping to get early judgment, the game starts. The other party avoids attending the court. The first hearing happens after 6 months or a year.
    Lawyer are too expensive.
    Prayers are not heard properly.
After years when we get the court ruling we find most of the prayers are simply overlooked .The kind of judgment we get is the kind of a village Panchayat's taken in one sitting of two to three hours.
Government officers are ill treated but rubbers, murders go unpunished for want of witness.
Recently two criminals were gunned down by three young criminals.
Out of 40 years of crime record, the two were doing what they were doing .
    Better bear with criminals
Never go to court for justice.
You will lose peace of mind, make your lawyers richer & richer and finally die hopelessly getting completely disillusioned .

As a civil servant and as head of office or of administrative department, it is incumbent upon the new official to among other things, call for all files pertaining to court cases and pending litigation, departmental proceedings if any, and familiarise oneself with the facts and merits of each case and to issue suitable instructions to officials below him to furnish info/take n/a in r/o such cases. However, it is evident that not all civil servants bother to do this. This is the state of our bureaucracy. A few of us try our best while the rest sleep.

Very few civil service officers are really good at work. Rest all carry on the culture of not doing anything substantial inspite of they having tremendous powers. After they get selected they forget all the things they said during the interview.

Occurance of such delay is a very common phenomenon in all most all states and departments,it is due to lack of proper governence and mussile power of unions and associations.A radical changes urgently required.
