This unfortunate is prevailing in whole country, govt has legalised this, infact it is promoted more and more by suppression of others. This is known as reservation.

I came here thinking again Judge would be showing anger without any reason, but here the Judge was absolutely right. The lawyer was clueless about everything. Judge’s anger was justified.

I am surprised how the judge let the advocate go. The way he talked to the court he should have been sent to jail for contempt. I must say he is a kind judge.

Lawyer itself was from the tribal community, judge did not wanted to have any controversy around him I guess. Nowadays, every minority & special community tends to harness there piece of cake upon there special rights.
SC has mentioned that no one can be jailed for criminal contempt based on acts against an individual judge.
Jail is only possible when the system is obstructed from functioning and that requires much more than mere words from mouth.
They will bring the caste angle, if any step taken againast the advocate, so judge also play down. If the adv is a Misra or something similar surname, it would have been a different story.....

Initially I thought Judge is arrogant, but after watching the complete video, full respect to judge. Even when he was angry, he remain rationale. It is not easy to do 👏

Judge is actually reacting calmly. The way that lawyer was arguing is so unacceptable.
But 99% of time judges are wrong...... no two ways about it
yeah so there is like 10 seconds when lawyer had high tone, and after that like for few minute judge is going all mad angry. so do you think the judge got triggered by his tone? and is that we will call calm. and unacceptable like legally or morally or logically how. i also like to read if its written somewhere or in some judgment but I do agree there has to be professional courtesy, and this lawyer was very incompetent.
@@commonman3219 the lawyer became calm only after someone explained him the consequences of contempt notice. Hon'ble Court has some dignity and commands respect and authority and one should not forget manners when you are arguing before hon'ble court. I am actually surprised that judge was still calm (he should have dismissed the case when ld. Advocate spoke - aap sunna hi nahi chaahte).

Yes Bhageshwara Dhirendra Krishna Sashtri couldn't prove his siddhi with his Shastras , those Shastras, temples that were not allowed to touch or enter the temple by shudras, these people are forcing to read. When Sadhguru offered Inner Engineering program he didn't see what caste, gender, religion, sect you belonged , he simply offered to anybody. To take Bramhacharya initiation from Sadhguru they don't see what caste you belong to..only bhakti matters there. So coming to this case yes the honorable judge become a bit hyper that's fine because he is not Sadhguru to remain calm in frivolous situations..ex BBC interview, Nalsar institute, debate with leftists Islamists like Javed Akhtar

This lawyer is an example of our compromised education system. Clearly he neither had good command on Hindi, nor English. He hasn't read the petition before coming to the court and was only scrolling through the pages to find something but never found anything to answer. The petitioner shouldn't even pay such a lawyer.

Yes Bhageshwara Dhirendra Krishna Sashtri couldn't prove his siddhi with his Shastras , those Shastras, temples that were not allowed to touch or enter the temple by shudras, these people are forcing to read. When Sadhguru offered Inner Engineering program he didn't see what caste, gender, religion, sect you belonged , he simply offered to anybody. To take Bramhacharya initiation from Sadhguru they don't see what caste you belong to..only bhakti matters there. So coming to this case yes the honorable judge become a bit hyper that's fine because he is not Sadhguru to remain calm with senseless interviewers..ex BBC interview, Nalsar institute, debate with leftists Islamists like Javed Akhtar
