I would not have made it through this level without your video ! Also as a first time player of the game I appreciate the time you put into the longer videos when doing the looting it’s helpful knowing where to actually go. A lot of videos only show them opening the treasure chest they don’t say where it’s located etc. thanks for all the time you put into your videos !

Honestly, just try to stay away and hit as many people as possible at the same time to charge his wrath and then use it as much as you can, but god I know it’s difficult

I've been trying to beat the part at 24:50 for about 2 hours now.
For some reason, my keyboard has broken into several pieces and my desk is collapsed on the floor; missing two legs. Oh, and my plug-in controller is completely mutilated. I never even thought about using the Abyssal Chain for this. [Dies]

use poison and abyssal chain along with sword and reaper scythe. Make sure you have lottos wrath energy

i hated how there was no central store or a way to exit the area. I could have really used some supplies for that last fight. I just avoided the hits and laid into them.

Tremor Gauntlet pummel thing on the ground works great too against the Wraith Soldiers even on multiples
In order to jump high coming out of the portal(s) you need to charge the portal you emerge from. Or just take the time to charge both to be safe.

+Paranoia Aod you have to hold down to boost the power of portal, to make it work...
I couldn't kill the black Wraith morons. Until I had one of them positioned right, block held down, and when that one did her tri-attack and was recovering, I striked with the power attack (the one done by alt+lmb) and the fucker simply flew right over the fence. Even though it can fly, it didn't fly back, just hovered behind the fence. I killed the other one, then the flaming monster and angels, then the last wraith (the slow painful technique - holding block until she can't attack but is material, then doing the chainsaw or some aerial attack, then holding the block again). Lastly I used Mercy to finish the thrown one, and the door opened.
I'm at the 17:25 part. I can't shoot up to get the chest

Darksiders blackthrone stage is one of the hardest levels in gaming. The puzzles are hard plus the enemies.
I hate puzzles so much, so this video saved me a ton of frustration because i hate puzzles. You showed how to get past the tough places and save hours of agony from the broken glass chewing puzzles...did i mention that i hate puzzles?

omg the part at 20:25 where you have to use a void portal to get to thw fisrt gaurdian just shoots my out about a foot like im hittin an invisible ceiling

OMFG I am dumb as 💩... I couldn't understand why those portals wouldn't open on the floor while fighting the first guardian, took me half an hour to realise my finger was permanently pressed on the L2 button 😂 typical that the same button for closing portals is the same button to focus on the enemy 😂

Get a Wraith into a corner and keep hacking with the sword. It can't get up. For the fire lion just do the lunge attack and retreat. Or hit it a few times and retreat. By the last rd you should have your chaos mode to use

No i agree. It is something I worked on for DSII, although I do it some early in that series as well. I try to avoid it now by planning out talking during travelling, instead of points where it would hold up the playthrough.
You have to charge the portals by holding the button, right trigger on XBox 360. Only the exit portal has to be charged, and you will fly farther and higher, depending on the orientation of the portal surface.

First thx for the videos it really helps when you get stuck... question: using the portal, how do you jump so high coming out of it? My jump is ridiculous and can't even get me on top of the robot's head... thx for your answer, ps i'm on ps3 not xbox but i don't think it does matter.

25:55 that battle is super hard for some reason I thought them witches and whatever that big monster is called before and have destroyed thing but not in this battle it took me a couple tries
I just quit after 25+ hours don't have the patience. I'll start a new game and play until Portal time and quit again, anger is high price quitting is cheaper than a new pc. I didn't want to play Portal

If holding the button to charge the portal doesnt work (on both the entrance and exit portals), you have a major glitch problem. PS3 has a number of little issues like this. Your best bet is to uninstall the game data (NOT your saves) and reinstall it. Hopefully that fixes your issue!

The angel of death is the destroyer is Abaddon is the horseman is the Angel of the Lord - all the same guy in the scriptures. Read "Discourse on Abbaton" for an awesome sermon about this angel by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself.
The first time I did this it was shooting me really high in the air now it's not on my second attempt
So i just go to this level and had the same problem...looks like you have to make sure your coming out of the"blue" portal to be able to make that High jump and then you can "fly"

How do you decide what goes in an empty vessel or does the game just decide for you?
When you get them, I think they come with whatever they come with. After that you have to refill them at Vulgrim (this is all from memory, could be completely wrong!

Your videos are super helpful, but during the puzzle sections less walking in circles and less random chatter would be great. Im not trying to be mean but at times it was very difficult to focus due to the mindless chatter.
Enjoy his DS2 walkthrough as he does it constantly in that one as well. You've heard of bark collars for dogs I'd imagine, correct? I'm sure we all have. They need to invent something like that for humans because I'd by Kuddleslut one in a heartbeat.

Just wanting to double check i did make 2 diff saves before coming through here to continue the walk through. i did notice that i only have 8 pieces of armor so far and you at least have 1 additional health and wrath segments i don't have. after the tower do we have the option to go back in game to get anything we missed?
