    I was so inspired by GBBO that I wanted to try all the technical challenge recipes.
    GBBO S07E03 - Bread - Paul Hollywood’s Dampfnudel
    For the Dampfnudel
    --------------------------------
    Bread Flour - 500 grams
    Caster Sugar - 100 grams
    Instant Yeast - 7 grams
    Warm Whole Milk - 150 ml
    Eggs - 2 large, lightly beaten
    Unsalted Butter - 70 grams, melted
    Lemon - 1,finely grated zest
    For the Plum Sauce
    -------------------------------
    Ripe Plums - 4
    Orange - juice of 1 medium
    Sugar - 50 grams
    Ground Cinnamon a pinch
    For the Vanilla Sauce
    ----------------------------------
    Whole Milk- 150 ml
    Double Cream - 150 ml
    Egg Yolks - 3 large
    Caster Sugar - 50 grams
    Plain Flour - 2 teaspoons
    Vanilla essence - ½ teaspoon
    For the Poaching Liquid
    --------------------------------------
    Unsalted Butter - 25 grams
    Whole Milk - 150 ml
    Caster Sugar - 25 grams
