No disrespect but you seem to be highly ill-informed about hygiene and biology. This guy (who was a gem in the kitchen and unfortunately passed away) was a professional chef. All his food was heated to high temperatures and completely harmless. You may be shocked as well that 1,5 kilo of your person consists of micro organisms including viruses, bacteria and fungi.

Nice site, but visually? We want to see the food, not the chef. So from the very start, focus mostly on the food and leave the body shots of the chef alone - we already know what he looks like, let's watch him work.

I really like watching these videos and you are a great cook but the camera man needs to learn to focus more on the food because many times he just leaves the camera on you and I came here to watch food be cooked not stare at a chef
