I only pay US $350 for a big 2 BR in Lake Chapala, Mexico, but yours is definitely nicer. Good find! (Some earnest advice: Oreo Coca Cola?!? No, man do not do it! Dupont used to say "Better Living through Chemistry", but it is a total lie. There is nothing in these ultra-processed foods, except substances with foot-long names deliberately engineered to addict you...)
Great video. I'm amazed that this is so cheap compared to the West. I see that interior space isn't comparable to a typical house in the US, but I think it's enough space to meet the need for shelter. Perhaps a smaller shelter like this would encourage one to get out and live life versus just sitting around the house all day. 🙂
@@Jarod_Abroad No not yet but planning on it. I can't wait :D Thailand looks amazing. I was planning to go for a month in December but had some unexpected car repairs so my money saved up went to that 🥲
Dude, I was confused, too. He did say the name, but I had never heard of it. However, he said it was a small town in Isan. I wish he had said that it is 400 km North of Bangkok.
This is an INSANE LUXURY CONDO for you? Are you kidding? I guess you have never seen luxury in your life. The living room of my house is larger than this shoe box - and I wouldn´t call my house luxury.
Most of the newer condos in Thailand aren't really all that large, even in "luxury" buildings. And yes, houses in the USA usually have much more space. Just the living room in my last house was 1800 sq. ft. or so. Big enough to fit five little condos inside. Anyway, it's more of a cultural thing, I think. That and the fact that builders are trying to make as much money as possible.
If you're a single person then 35-40sqm and for 2 people 45-60sqm is more than enough...After coming to Bangkok you learn that you don't even need really big houses with soo much stuff.
@@Jack_the_rider My wife and me lived 8 years in Thailand before we moved last year to Spain. Our house in Chiang Mai had 110 sqm and the one in Chonburi, where we lived for 2 years, had 260 sqm, what was too large. We like spacious living rooms of at least 25 sqm. Also we don´t like open plan kitchens, so we need at least 10 sqm for a separate one. Well, plus 2 bedrooms (not too small), at least one good sized bathroom, a storage room, one guest toilet and you are far over the size you prefer. We bought our houses but the strange thing in Thailand is, that you can rent a house for the same price as a condo.
Smaller than the $350 unit I had in the Philippines on Mactan but much nicer newer build. Mine was was 42 sq meters.

Great job, very informative…
Is the $300 rental you paying a short term rental price or long term?
@@klmklmklm2581 long term brother, most rental contracts here in Thailand are between 6 months to 1 year 🙏🏻
@@Jarod_Abroad Ahh interesting to hear they have 6 months rental contracts, that's nice! Love from South Africa

A great change from the American style .
Hi. I am interested in renting in this condo complex. Can you share the agents contact that you rented from?
Thankyou
Of course, you can send me a message on IG 🙏🏻
Omg so small for 300usd, wow Thailand is getting expensive, im guessing richer westerners
Looks like “the base” apartment complex
Isaan! Yes I did think it was all rural and farm land given that you hear that the most beautiful bargirl and ladyboys come from that area.
In wich city it's located ? Thanks !
He said the city name at least 15 times. Did you even watch the video?
