Beautiful video my man….. it is awesome to see young brothers doing great informative content. Keep up the excellent work. See you in Thailand. Grateful,
Very good video and your guest had some real-time, boots on the ground quality information. I will be in Bangkok (Thonglor) and Pattaya this month for my second visit. I am considering a long term stay in Thailand to get away from the politics and inflation here in the U.S. by utilizing either the education or retirement visa.
Very positive, great to see a young brother foing good. Ok, my personal goals after flipping a new property is to buy a flat in either Scotland or London around liverpool or Nottingham. To increase rental cash flow! So proud of you black folks doing their thing🎉🎉🎉🎉
For new guys, there a big difference between a studio and a 1br in terms of liveability. If you are an "out and about " person a studio might work , but if you are neet I suggest a 1br with separate sleeping space. Studios get smaller the longer you live there , not great

Here’s a little advice about your braces. I got braces while living in China because it was so much cheaper than in the US, but out of pride I wanted them off when I returned to the US about a year later. The braces pull the teeth into the right alignment so quickly that I thought enough time had passed to keep them straight. In the US, as you know, the dentist tells YOU how long to keep them on, but in China, you can basically just tell the dentist what to do and they’ll do it. So when I asked her to take them off, she did. Sadly, my teeth moved partially back to their previous position after about a month. Bottom line: take the dentist’s advice as far as how long to keep them on. Yours are so hard to see. If you hadn’t pointed them out, I wouldn’t have even seen them!

I'm currently planning on retiring in Bangkok in the near future but also considering trying to work some more for extra income and to stave off boredom. But my work requires being in meetings US central time which means working evenings and nights.
Very awesome. I just did my first trip to Bangkok. I had recently visited Chiang Mai. I was originally staying at a hotel that was close to Terminal 21. It was to chaotic there for me so I moved to another hotel. Close by but not exactly in that area. Bit calmer, quieter, cleaner and still had access to the Sukhumvit area. I think that would be a nice area to live in. And yes y’all are so right. Because of the American dollar we can live a life we can’t live in the USA abroad. Definitely need a plan to keep the USD. If we want to struggle we can do that here at home.
