Bangkok and Thailand in general have some crazy architects and designers. Not just for condos but literally every urban space, restaurant, club, shopping mall etc. It's all so sleek, thoughtful, beautiful and instagram perfect.
It looks beautiful, and the next time someone is trying to be racist or prejudice towards me cos I was adopted from Bangkok by Swedish parents when I was 6 weeks old and grew up in Sweden, I'll tell them that the capital is modern and beautiful. Especially comparing to Eastern Europe etc.
Amenities are much much better than the ones in the U.S. Condos themselves are not bad. I don't want alot of living space anyway. I could go out every day and explore the city.
Your videos were some of the first that inspired me to leave California. I'd love to join a community about Thailand and get any tips and advice for a single 42 year old who has never been to Asia. Looking forward to more content!
Great video, mate. Just imagine how much that 18, no wait, 17k 😂, room would be in the west. That’s if you can even find a condo with all those amenities. Amazing value in a fantastic city.
Absolutely! Man, living that US Grind... I love my Country and all the Opportunity, but I got about 2K a Month on my Military Disability and that doesn't go far here. I invest in Dividend Stocks, and once I have those Dividends up, I'll be looking for a move. Prices in the 300-500 Range are insane... I'm living with a friend now renting his Spare Bedroom, with attached Bath, and I can share his kitchen... I'm already living in a small space... and paying 600 for it in Dallas Texas. Which for here is a steal... so paying less than that there for more is insanely awesome!
I was sold with the rooftop view and that community kitchen. I'll be checking out Malaysia first then heading over to Thailand and Singapore before making a decision on which is a better fit. Great video and idea about starting a community. Many people find it difficult to meet new people in strange places. Looking forward to seeing more content, I'm a new subscriber 🙏💕.
Loving the channel!!! Happy to see Younger and Melanated folks getting out and enjoying the world. I found your channel, well it popped up, after watching a video on the influx of Russians moving to Thailand, especially with the no visa privileges. Nevertheless, create the community. You will be inspiring so many people to get out of their comfort zone and to open up and live life. 😊
My first trip to Bangkok, Thailand made me want to give up EVERYTHING in the U.S. and move there for good! Life happened, met my husband and had two children in the U.S. The peace and tranquility I experienced in Bangkok, Thailand was like none other I have experienced anywhere amongst the international countries I had the blessing of visiting. I hope and dream to move back very soon!🙏🏾
Planning my first trip back in over 10 years. Going to start scoping out my future winter home. No more Canadian winters when Im an old man... this is a promise lol.
I’m new to the channel. I live in Western Michigan. Just retired at 58 years old planning on spending good portion time in Bangkok. And travel through Thailand, using Bangkok as a main hub. I also want to travel to the Philippines. The Line is nice! Good choice!!! Great video thanks
Thank you for this helpful video. When I move to Thailand, I also plan to have two condos - one in Hua Hin and the other in Bangkok. At almost 73 I am much older than you.

Community, ABSOLUTELY! Great Choice Of APT.👍 I Can See How Over Time, Pattaya Can Get Old And Seem Small, Especially If You're Not Into That Type Of Scene.😒 Overall, The Amenities In Thailand Are Excellent And In Bangkok They're Superb!👌
For most condo in Sukhumvit, starting from Ekamai to outbound (along BTS). The room's owners will fix monthly fee for good discount rate on 1 year contract already. Have a nice cooking (with that oven). But request at the juristic person for the reservation before. 🤣 Smart choice for the 35 sq.m. room. I also love the way they made the room's partition style. Happy staying in Bangkok and bye for now. 💚
worst place live europe, expensive and not newer good, lot better move Thailand. cambodia has worst country were i has looking can stay live retiree or philippine, laos and malaysian.
Condos in Thailand are quite beautiful and complete. There are gyms, swimming pools, playgrounds, sports fields for basketball, futsal, table tennis, billiard tables, climbing walls, sauna rooms, libraries, lounges, and gardens. on the top of the building and on the ground floor There is a vending machine for drinks. coin operated washing machine Private document delivery cabinet, parkingSome places have coffee shops, 7-Eleven, restaurants, department stores and weekend maket in the condos.😊

Very well said Don't forget to Live I love how you said the day of the weeks or just titles sometimes you work until you retire and sometimes you have to come out of retirement and go back to work and in the process you miss living
Congratulations bro, I'll be looking for a condo just like that when I arrive in October. I've been communicating with an agent online while I'm still in Canada but It looks like I should probably get there first and hunt around like you did. That condo is really spacious and the amenities are incredible.
Great Information. I'm still deciding between Pattaya and Bangkok. Just need to finish some things in the States and getting my channel running. Take it easy brother 👍🏾
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 Congrats 🎊 and appreciate the information. I’m from the states and been looking into moving that way. Wouldn’t you so have a Facebook or instagram I can contact?
Thanks so much for the detailed tour. I was sold on that 3rd condo after seeing the amenities. Things happened for a reason. You usually know if the home is for you, the minute you walk in. I'm considering doing 3 months in Bangkok end of year. So again, very helpful.
I love these Loft condos. I lived in a hotel Loft-suite in China for about a year; it was awesome to have the entire living space on lower level and the bedroom upstairs (full-height ceiling for the Loft too.) Had a TV below and another TV in the Loft. I'll be checking out your other videos to see if you're encountered more Lofts anywhere in Thailand.
New Sub here, living in the Philippines 11 years now, but prior 3 years I resided in Thailand. I’m enjoying your videos to see how life has changed there for expats a decade on. I dig your positive energy and attitude.

3rd choice, the Line isn't bad for 28sqm, but a bit strange on the bedroom area - but I do like it's an actual one-bedroom and not a fake one that's really a studio. The elevated one-bed is interesting but I feel ya on the light there...ha. Game room, gym, jacuzzi and pool is nice. And that full kitchen is really nice. And loving the steam room and standing treadmill desk, that's pretty cool...I'd probably go for the slighty bigger room.

I love Bangkok. I only stayed a week and I enjoyed it and I felt safe walking around by myself. My friend got sick and I left him in the hotel. We were staying at the Marriott with the sky lounge. I can’t think of the name of it. 40th floor. It was beautiful. I’m thinking about coming to stay for a year and I think that would be great Building community. I’m a little older. OK, a lot older. But I love people. Young or old. I wanna come and say about six months. To a year, so I’m definitely gonna need Community. I’m a psychotherapist and I work from home. So I really gotta get used to staying up at night and sleep in during the day, but I’ll figure that out. But yes, build the community.
Thank you Isaiah. I thought I was just having problems trying to decide whether I go to the Philippines or to Thailand. Now I'm thinking Pattaya or Bangkok? 🎉😂😅
Your already close to the most desirable locations. Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. Try STEAK Lao restaurant. Take Bts up the numbers to Udom Suk, nice cheap place to eat.
Good video. Your audio level drops when you are touring a condo. Might want to keep an eye on this when editing so the volume level remains constant. The volume really jumps when you switch from eating your burger at 20:50 to talking from inside your room at 20:57. The voiceover you did on the Line condo was good. Might consider doing that more.
I am a 66-year-old retiree living in Ideo suk 93. Welcome to the neighborhood. Hope to bump into you since we are so close. Great content would be even greater if you moved the camera around a little slower 555. Keep up the good work bro.
That 1st condo at Life has a couple of things that are hard to find. There is counter space in the kitchen. I love street food but I would still cook and most condos have no counter space. In the bedroom there is a dresser. Very unusual. I always wonder where tenants store their undies, swimwear, accessories, etc in condos with no drawer space at all. At 12,000, that seems like a good deal. I did like the one you chose but I don't see an oven. Good co-working space.
I’m proud of you bro. Seriously. You give me motivation to get out of this bubble n actually venture out.

Thailand is too hot for me, but I love the condo highrises. There are so many amenities. It's crazy.
Your already close to the most desirable locations. Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. Try STEAK Lao restaurant. Take Bts up the numbers to Udom Suk, nice cheap place to eat.
Arrrrghhh man….I loved the very first condo that you showed in the LIFE building 😢
Great video. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Punnawitti bts stop, I used to stay at the Line good location, that Buddhist temple had a night market with bomb Street food.
Awesome mindset dude!! 🧠💪🏼I’m on my way there ! I’m escaping the 🇺🇸too! Great videos!Super Helpful!!Thanks bro!
Haha i know i was just excited 😂 i realized after i moved it too fast lol
I am new to your channel trying to decide which country I would like to move to. This place is very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Your adventures remind me that there's always more to explore.
I will be out there in the summer. I definitely want to link up with you.
i am very happy for you, that you grab it. great job
My stay period just got upgraded to indefinite - lol
Can't beat that as a sales pitch for Thailand :D
Muscle Factory is off of 65 and Sukumvit. Real nice gym.
