Spellcasters can ask to learn a potion every 30 sim minutes, and it doesn't matter which sage you ask from, so you can learn all of them pretty fast.
exactly, and once you have the needs potions that only costs 1 apple, you are all set.
A couple of things worth noting. It goes a lot faster if you have a bloodline. The older the bloodline (weak, strong or ancient) the more XP you gain. Also bloodlines let you skip mote hunting. You go straight to the Rite of Ascension. Second, the Magic Realm has everything you need to survive, except a decent place to sleep. They only have sofas to nap on. If you take a tent with you, you can meet all your needs there easily without ever leaving. It gets even easier once you get the Potion of Plentiful Needs, Repairio and Copypasto. Repairio can boost a potion to Excellent, reducing the risk of failure/backfire, and Copypasto can duplicate it as much as you want. Your Sim could live their entire lives on nothing but needs potions made by duplication or batch brewing with a single apple.
I think in order to be truly the most powerful she’d have to get all of the perks which can take a while. But this was a fun watch. You’re very funny
L. Faba is a pun(?) and a reference to the character Elphaba Thropp, the wicked witch of the West in Wicked. They really should have made her green 😂

And the name Elphaba is itself a pun on the initials of the author of the original Wizard of Oz books, L. Frank Baum. So, ironically, L. Faba is a step closer to the original reference.

This literally came at the perfect time for me. I just added this pack last week and haven't started playing it yet. I added it at the same time as University so I just finished doing that to get an overview. My new uni grads, a mother and son, are ready to embark on magic.
In my game I ended up marrying Morgyn Ember, had a child with them, forgot how to spell their last name, and went into create-a-sim renaming him Morgyn Embyr because that's how I spelled my kids last name. That was such a fun save file
L. Faber(or however it’s spelled) is a play on the name Elphaba which is the “wicked” witch in Wicked 😊
Sometimes when you practice magic it takes a few times before you have done enough to learn a new spell.
Battling sims for potions/spells is how I was able to get more spells than the three you’d get from the sages.
I really like this series of videos! Maybe you could do one on werewolves?

The spellcasters r my fave occults because they are just normal sims who can cast spells so if you get tired of werewolves and vampires and want a more normal sim with cool gameplay this packs fun lol
I unintentionally replay it constantly lol almost all my played Sim households are Spellcasters. I use mods to add a few extra practical spells that just make Sim life easier lol and these Spellcasters usually find their spouses in The Realm of Magic 😁

This is sort of random but seeing L. Faba reminded me. But a good while before the Neighborhood Stories update, in one of my saves I randomly saw that L. Faba was living in a random lot (and not just Not Currently in World) and had even had a baby. I had checked and I think the dad was Don Lothario or Marcus Flex 😆. I also didn’t have a mod installed that would’ve affected this (I don’t think MC Command Center would have caused that).
She always gets with Marcus Flex in my game

At this point it's more fun to watch you play the game (with commentary) than it is for me to actually play it tbh
I learn my time playing spell caster sim is that in the magical realm EVERY SIM IN THERE EVEN ONE OF ME UNPLAYED SIM GET BLOODY FAT at least I give my spell casters the mood boost for doing fitness but still I’m happy to say I can make em do fitness with the vampire mind control and same in magic spell I think IF THEY LIKE IT OR NOT!🧛🏻🧙😈

Have you ever tried to do a playthrought to get a Sim with Ancient Bloodline by starting the family with a muggle Sim?
when i first got that realm of magic pack i used the strangify spell or whatever on everyone in the realm and it was so entertaining

i’ve been playing this pack for weeks & never found the little shopping place i can’t believe i missed it. also i’m pretty new to the sims & your houses are always so cute. do you have your cc you use listed anywhere?
I hate those shop vendors bug, they always do that: they prefer to stand and chat with other sims outside their stalls and just not open forever. I had to reset object (cheat) them all the time it's very frustrating!😂
I become a powerful witch and then started a new sims story but the the powerful sim I had made kept setting random things on fire. Can never invite them over again.
You know, I have never had a problem with vlad coming into my house to bite me.

You have to go to your inventory, click on the broom and make it your primary way of getting around. Then you'll fly everywhere and even get magical practice from it.
To discharge you click on your Sim and select that.
To get to the realm, go to your inventory and click on your magical crystal and I'll teleport you there. No need to walk to portals all the time.
You can also search for frogs and other ingredients in most worlds depending on the season. And grow certain plants for ingredients. And get the reward perk so that you don't need as many ingredients.

Once you learned the spell for teleporting, you can just click on your sim and choose to teleport everywhere and it gets your XP up really quickly!
For ingredients, you can go to the greenhouse area in the magic realm, there's lots of plants and a spot for fishing and catching frogs

I think you can only learn one spell per caster level from the sages. If you duel everyone to get more spells and you lose too much you will get cursed, which doesn't go away until you can clear it from yourself. I learned that the one hard way. Also overcharging can kill you!

Depending on the season days about 18 if you also completed everything that come with the spellcasters biology.

Well damn, i played "bonehildas school for magic children" + "children can use magic" mod and one day i got duel as a task and dueled L.Faba and won.
I never thought its was that hard haha. (I did try again for recepies and artifacs and failed but i never realized how lucky i must have gotten?)

I always found this pack too easy. There was a good overhaul mod that made it more balanced and harder which I enjoyed

I tried this yesterday and it took me about 1 and 1/2 weeks in game with cheating my sims needs so she never was hungry, had to pee or to sleep like ever

The actual wall that Hagrid used to tap the bricks with his umbrella, is currently in a ride in a theme park called Warner Bros.
