I can't say how much your sense of humor has helped me the last couple days. I lost my father and it's been one thing after another. I finally couldn't deal and left my family sitting in a conference room at the funeral home and went to the restroom to cry alone when a notification for channel binged. I literally sat in a stall laughing and crying to this video. I feel a little lighter and more confident in dealing with my family. Thank you for the laughs even when you don't realize your doing it.

I have this mod. The court will choose the custody for the child. It didn’t work on your game because Ian didn’t go to the hearing lol.

It’s crazy how this game was originally made for teens/adults. Unfortunately, kids got hip to it. Therefore the sims team watered the game down. That’s why it seems a little stale now lol 😂.

I went to highschool with a girl who was on Maury lol the guy WAS the father
the question is did the other sim know she was married. If not I think Ian would be indifferent, especially if Aiden was remorseful for playing an unknowing part in the destruction. If Aiden was a total tool and was all "you deserve it" or knowingly played a part then Ian would be "just fuck off"

I love this mod. I have two save files of a story like this. In one the husband was suspicious and asked his wife multiple times if she'd been cheating. She always lied until he catches her one day. He is so furious that they are constantly fighting, the kids are always tense, and the wife blames her husband as the reason she cheated. So, the husband files for divorce but never gets the chance to finalize it because he was so angry that he had a heart attack and died. Wife is now regretful and always sad. In the next save file, it's basically the same thing, but the husband is trying to understand why she did it. The wife doesn't have a good reason and she files for divorce and starts dating the guy she cheated on her husband with. Only to find out later that he's actually very mean and abusive. Now she's kind of stuck with him, while her ex-husband is trying new things and living his best life.

also i think the custody issue wasn't acting right because you had Ian ask their daughter who she wanted to live with. and i think splitting everything 50/50 takes away the alimony/child support since their funds are now equal.

i guess since you switched households when she was at the doctor figuring out what was wrong with the pregnancy, that made it just go away, sorry i don’t know how to explain it properly since english is not my first language but yeah, when you switch households they don’t continue doing the same activities, same when you have sims at school or work, switch households and then comeback, they’re at home again, i honestly hate that about the game
Nah I totally understand you. I also really dislike that abt the game, every action just cancels and I have to wait until they're done to switch households or else everything gets messed up
I just downloaded this mod and on the couple i want to break up i only have the option to temporary separate.
You temporary seperate then u might get the option to permanently or if their relationship is really bad/toxic (in the red bottom line) then u will have the option 😊😊😊
