Yes, you're right. I tried it for the first time I noticed that I needed to make my tension a lot tighter so it worked out for me. I love it.

Thanks for your tutorial. Great tips too. I’ve been using it with success after trying different size hooks and getting my tension right.

Very nice! 👍🏾 Yes, once you get it, it’s so much better than having to change colors and weave in tails 🤣

I'm a rookie crocheter, and thought this would be the cat's meow. I can get it to work with a 6mm hook, but I don't like the chain 6 corner method. I think it looks unbalanced because that one corner looks too big. But I did just find your channel, and your approach to testing this yarn was one of the most positive attitudes about the yarn I've watched yet. And I've watched a few too many. I'm loving your videos so far, thanks.

Yes, that corner method is definitely an acquired taste. I had never made my granny squares that way before this video. My granny square tutorials show other ways to make it but I didn’t go that route because the pattern in this video is specific to that yarn. That being said, it might be worth a try.
Btw, I’m glad you’re enjoying the content. Thanks for letting me know🙂🙏🏾

Every time I get a notification that you uploaded a new video I literally feel super elated! My birthday is the following Monday, March 25th. Can you upload a video doing a scarf pattern for the yarn brand Heartland? Thank you and take time!

I may not be responding to comments tomorrow so allow me to tell you now... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Enjoy your day :)
Also, I'm not sure if I have any Heartland yarn. I didn't really like what I saw of their colors to be honest. If you mean a thicker yarn, yes, that can be arranged though.

I needed to practice a few starts and hook sizes to make each color work. You have the tips needed to help us work this yarn.
