- A cleaning crew will soon be going through the Moscow, Idaho, home where four students were violently slain over six weeks ago, as investigators separately comb through over 19,600 tips related to the still unsolved murders.
Moscow Police Chief James Fry said the department had enlisted a team of professionals to begin cleaning the home at 1122 King Road, where the four University of Idaho students were fatally stabbed on Nov. 13. They said the home will "remain an active crime scene under police control" for the time being.
In a press release, police said a private company would be cleaning the residence, including by "removing potential biohazards and other harmful substances used to collect evidence."

Its not the chemical they used to process the house that's dangerous its the biological hazardous waste like blood and body fluids that sink into the floors carpet and just all over and then they come remove it with saws and throw it in special dumpster by professional deep cleaners!! LE has zeroed in on the person or persons who committed these frenzied murders, they wouldn’t release a crime scene if they didn’t know .They won’t update the public on everything behind the scenes , in my opinion it’s coming down to an arrest .

What does an arrest mean? Lots of publicity, which otherwise he NEVER would have achieved. He has the opportunity to be in jail and write a book that will be turned into a play or movie. However, I forgot that he now will be a role model for other crazies like him. Unfortunately we no longer have role models to be examples for the young. I actually worked for the same company who is doing the cleanup,'Disaster Response' in 2020 for two months. The guys would tell me about some of the murder and suicide scenes. They weren't that often, mostly we did water and fire damage repairs. I had a feeling they would be the ones doing the cleanup on this.

This is so horrible. More than 50% of murders no longer get solved in america. And we have judges and da's across this country letting criminals walk. We just had a deputy sheriff killed today by a 20 year career criminal - kidnappings, stabbings and the list goes on. The judge let him walk. He was free to kill a deputy sheriff for a stupid traffic stop.

Wow ! We just had a similar case where I live in Canada. You can look it up on the internet by typing in Hamilton, Ontario... Breaking news for Dec. 27th, 28th & 29th. Our dear, young, handsome officer was only 28 yrs. old and had been on the force one year. He went to respond to a call about a truck in a ditch. As he got out of his cruiser he was ambushed by a thug who shot & killed the cop. The shooter then stopped a passerby & stole their véhicule, but thé police arrested him & his girlfriend shortly after. Both have been charged with first degree muder. The sad thing was it would not have happened if a judge wouldn't have let him out of jail. He had a long criminal history including gun violence & stabbing a fellow prisoner etc. You get the picture. Police force are outraged with courts letting this thug out of jail! We do not have the death penalty here & the judges are weak & the laws lax. Terrible times we are living in ! Funeral to be announced yet & it will be a verrry big police procession. You can look it if you want to watch it

After a certain amount of time, new evidence that wasn’t pulled and saved the first few visits, would be suspect and not helpful anyway. It needs to be cleaned for lots of reasons - you have to hope they collected everything possible in the first week. If they didn’t, it sitting there and having more visitors won’t help or enable future evidence collection.
probably because they've gathered all the evidence they need, whether or not an arrest was made why would they leave the house covered in blood? that doesn't make any sense. the lack of an arrest doesn't change the fact that that house is a biohazard, they can't leave it covered in blood & whatever else for months just because they haven't arrested anyone yet. that's what evidence collection is for..

I can imagine the walls and floors being removed, from the bedrooms. I’ve always heard that blood that stays in one place for a long period of time, that the smell never goes away. I’ve heard that from real cases, none from tv shows.

The question I ask myself: When did the person who received several calls during the night find out about the murders? Did he call back?

For example, if the person called back immediately after waking up and showed concern about the missed calls, this could potentially suggest that they had no involvement in the murders and were simply concerned about the well-being of the callers. On the other hand, if the person did not call back or showed little concern about the missed calls, this could potentially raise suspicion and warrant further investigation.
If they are cleaning up the blood then they must be ready to make an arrest!!!!

Who will want to live there? It will be a property that will hold very sad and negative vibes. It has to be demolished. It's the right thing to do. The owner of that property needs to demolish it then sale the land or build a new house. No one but trouble makers will want to live in this space. This chief seems way too relaxed to have absolutely nothing. 19k tips and not a suspect. The problem with these boondock areas is that the police aren’t ready or equipped to methodically solve this. They aren’t experienced in high profile cases and you see that when they are put to the test.

Most of the so-called "tips" were tipsters that read a rumor online and called or emailed it in the police. That is hardly helpful, in fact added substantial time to the investigators. This whole case has become a circus. Crazy how out of touch most so called "social influencers" are.

Note how Chief Fry claims the crime scene has been secured this whole time. By a strand of tape, & 1 sentry? Has a police officer been on scene 24-7 since nov 13? If not then that crime scene is NOT secure. Did you see the photos of where the cars ended up once towed away from the scene? Outside. No on duty watchman, no fence, not even yellow tape. Not secure.

LE definitely knows who did it, possibly just trying to build an air tight case with the evidence they have and are waiting for because an arrest isn't a conviction. A youtuber did an interview with Kaylees family but she cannot release it until January 5. Apparently it has information that cannot be released until that day... seems like a specific day possibly an arrest is coming!!

I hope the Emails and Digital Tips are being filed in a Centralized Database for record keeping and are being shared between LE agencies for reference and future reference of cases.
